L accueil devait être ouvert mais ce n était pas le cas alors que j‘avais posé la question la veille de notre arrivée. Procédure pour récupérer les cartes simple. Les cartes ne fonctionnaient pour accéder au parking que j avais réservé et personne ne répondait sur les numéros de téléphone indiqués. Heureusement une personne qui avait le badge d accès est arrivée par hasard. Ménage visiblement pas fait ou très mal. La personne à l accueil le lendemain a été professionnelle et a eu un petit geste commercial. Le petit déjeuner est très peu fourni. Attention à la sortie du parking très pentue.

Résidence idéalement située. Proche de la cathédrale, du centre touristique, de la gare, et de la Petite France . Toute l'équipe de la résidence est accueillante, professionnelle, souriante, disponible et à l'écoute. A ne pas manquer pour un séjour court, moyen ou plus long sur Strasbourg.

Appart hôtel très bien situé pour tout faire à pieds (proche de la place Kleber). La chambre était spacieuse,propre et moderne. Nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée et au moment de notre départ, la kitchenette était fonctionnelle.

Great deal
The spot of the Apartment/hotel was just perfect, very close to everything (and the train station), stores,markets, food...everything.
The room was very clean with all the necessary for a few days stay.

Good location
Location is good - close to all the downtown action - bars, restaurants, public transport (an excellent system around the city) and a couple of blocks from the beautiful sites around Petite France. Unit nothing fancy but functional.

Bonne localisation près des commerces, restaurants, trams. Rue calme à 10 mn de la gare. Appartement propre et bien agencé. Inventaire de la vaisselle et couverts supérieur au réel (à signaler impérativement dans les 24 heures) .Lavabo partiellement bouché et miroir de sdb fêlé.Pourquoi faut-il payer le sèjour complet avant d'avoir accès à l'appartement ?
