This hotel, where we stayed with my family for 2 nights, is a very nice boutique style hotel. The location is very comfortable and within walking distance to all touristic spots. You can reach the important buildings of Strasbourg in 10 minutes. The hotel is clean, the friendly staff are very attentive, the breakfast is sufficient, delicious and satisfying. Even though we arrived at the hotel early, they did not turn us away and accepted us. You can set your breakfast time according to your needs. We had an electricity problem in the room, but we were immediately accommodated in a larger room with a terrace. They moved us to a room. It was a very nice gesture. Even the water at the entrance made me feel good. There was also coffee offered. Thank you for everything. If we come here again, we will stay in this hotel again.

Nous étions logés à l' annexe. Chambre minuscule sans la possibilité d'ouvrir en grand la fenêtre , sans climatisation, avec un bruit lancinant et permanent de tuyauterie. Impossible dormir. Cette chambre ne fait pas parti de l'hôtel 3 étoiles promis. Je n'aurai pas loué cette chambre dans ces conditions. L'employé à la réception m'a dit qu'il ne devrait pas la louer l'été, cela a été sa réponse. Non seulement elle ne devrait pas être loué l'été mais pas pour deux personnes, elle est trop petite. Trop bruyante. Je veux un remboursement conséquent parce que l'établissement connaît les problèmes de cette chambre et il continue à la mettre en location à ce prix en faisant croire qu'elle a le même niveau de standing que les autres Chambres, c'est une escroquerie.

酒店在老城的邊上，主要景點都是步行距離。很用心的早餐，服務人員很友好，半夜去幫我找同事要了姨媽巾，非常感謝。房間不大，有點擠，地毯上有點沒打掃乾淨，整體來説性價比很高，服務很好
