Easy overnighter
Overnighter to take part in the river cruise. Easy setting but you do need a car to access the main part of town in the weather I experienced. Not an issue, just a heads up. Service was great. Communication was good and just easy.

Comfortable cosy motel
Nice little comfortable motel . Very helpful and friendly staff. We were able to catch a glimpse of the aurora just a short walk from the hotel.

This motel perfectly suited the needs of my sister and myself. We were cheerfully greeted upon arrival and shown to our room. It was tastefully decorated in modern tones, with two beds...one king single and the other a queen. They were lovely and comfortable with super sized pillows. It also had a table and chairs, plus one armchair. The bathroom, although older in style, was perfectly clean....and had a huge bath which I regretfully didn't find time to use. The room was well equipped with a kettle, toaster and small fridge, so making toast for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch was easy. We stayed for two nights. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and friendly motel, this one would be hard to beat.

We stayed overnight and found this motel had everything we needed. The gentleman that checked me in was extremely pleasant and helpful. Such a lovely touch was turning on the air-conditioner for when we arrived. It is an older building but extremely clean and comfortable and most certainly value for money. Loved the king sized bed! So many little touches like a mini bar, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are much appreciated. I would most definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

friendly little motel on the edge of town, which is on the edge of the world, plenty of hot water, clean and comfortable, an added bonus is you get a 10% off voucher for the Franklin River boat ride, bottle shop and cafe just across the road make it a good stop.
