We stayed at the hotel. We stayed in room 224. There was a strong smell of damp in the room. Everything else was fine.

Fabulous location. I enjoyed seeing all the curated old artifacts and reading up on the 500 year history of the place. The people were wonderful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was modern and clean. I’d stay there again.

Such a lovely hotel for a very affordable price. Located in the city center next to those winding shopping streets, very stylish with the vintage furniture on the inside and incredibly helpful staff!

Pros:
- Centrally located
- Good architecture and interiors
- Decent breakfast spread
Cons:
- Extremely poor service
- Room was shabby and unclean
- Electricity went off twice in the night when we were asleep. Had to go down to the reception at 4 AM and ask the staff to fix it, as the phone in the room did not work. Again, it went off around 7 AM
