The location is excellent, shopping and sightseeing are within walking distance; the room design has many details, the bedside table has exquisite hydroponic flowers, the bath is diptyque, and the breakfast is even more exquisite. The overall design is very Western-style, but not old-fashioned at all.

We stayed at the Bank Hotel for four nights. Our first night we were in a room where the layout was a bit funny, so it was hard to get around. At 6:30 am we were woken up by construction work next door. The hotel moved us without any fuss to a really lovely and quiet room without any problems. The evening turn-down service brought different small surprises every evening; one evening it was strawberries, another chocolates, ginger shots, and so on. Good breakfast buffet with various à la carte items included. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect. The Stockholm metro (Tunnelbana), a tram stop, and half-hourly ferries to Djurgården and the open-air museum “Skansen” are about a three minutes’ walk away. The old town is within easy walking distance too. Would not hesitate to return.

Excelente hotel, las habitaciones son lindas y el personal muy amable, muy buena ubicación. Es un hotel de lujo donde cuidan cada detalle. Solo el desayuno no me gustó mucho, preferiría un buffet con más opciones, sirven ciertos platos con porciones pequeñas y tienen un pequeño buffet con poca variedad.

Beautiful hotel that’s well situated. Good bed. Friendly and attentive service. Solid breakfast. However, I think given it’s five star status and for the rates that are charged, The Bank needs to pay more attention to some of the details: - The towels are so scratchy and uncomfortable - The air conditioning is intolerably loud - The curtain is not sufficient on a bright morning, plus there is only a net curtain in the bathroom - The Dyptique toiletries are a nice touch but the mini sizes cheapen it - While breakfast is ‘solid’, the portions are small and the buffet element is lacking any wow I wouldn’t return based on these annoyances - there is better in Oslo.

Very beautiful hotel, but two things brought the overall impression down:
1) Lipstick stains on drinking glass at bedside table, no tissues in room, hair in several locations in bathroom
2) Phone to reception didn't work which meant that I couldn't communicate with staff re early check-in, meaning that I had to walk to the hotel from my location and back unnecessarily. Staff was not helpful in finding solutions, nor did they offer compensation (even a symbolic one).

Very Nice Hotel with nice rooms, bars and the Bonnie’s Restaurant. At the rooftop you will find a bar with a great view over Stockholm. The breakfast offers a buffet but also a á la carte. The restaurant Bonnie’s is recommend as well. Try it out.

Værelset var 25 grader varmt - selv efter 4-5 timer med ventilation, var det stadig 23 grader hele natten.
Ikke godkendt for et 5 stjernet hotel. Ellers var der lækkert, spm man kam forvente.
