Harrah’s Lake Tahoe – A Caesars Rewards Destination

As usual and as expected, Harrah’s was amazing. The room were clean, the bathroom was spacious. ******** floor is also huge!

I stayed here for a business trip and Harrah's was not quite up to par. The rooms had some really banged up furniture. There is no microwave to heat up food and the minifridge froze all my medication and food. The cigarette smell worked its way up to the 8th floor. The room itself was clean but the shared spaces werent. I wont be staying here again. I didnt expect much, but i was thoroughly disappointed.

Upon check in the front desk agent told me the deluxe room I reserved was 20 years old. I asked for any upgrades & unfortunately they were sold out. I requested for an upgrade for the next day & she said they can definitely do that. My wife & I entered the room & it was definitely outdated & rough. One of the curtains was completely ripped with a giant hole. The wall paper was damaged behind the TV. The railing around the windows had dust all over them. The carpet had lumps in it that can cause you to trip over. The dresser that the TV was on was all damaged like they got it from the goodwill. Bathroom showers needed to be scrubbed. I called the front desk & asked to speak to a manager & they said she was busy & would call me back. That definitelynever happened. 'm not sure how they are getting away with charging so much. The next day I went to the front desk to follow up on the upgraded room & was basically given the run around. Horrible customer service by management not the front desk staff. Even though I'm a Cesar's rewards member I definitely won't be staying here again. I will be stay across the street at Cesar's Republic.

We were on the 15th floor. We have been coming to Harrahs Lake Tahoe for 6 years. ALWAYS Wonderful. This room was disgusting to say the least. Dirty. Fridge not working, dust everywhere, floor needed vacuumed, Furniture chipped, dusty and furniture thick with dust.
