The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! The room is small but very clean. There are no toothbrush sets or paper towels. The location is very good. It is right in the center of the old city. There are many scenic spots around. There are many delicacies that can be checked in. It is suitable for lazy people to eat and go shopping

The hotel is very new and renovated! The front desk lady is very warm and the location is good. Going down is the pedestrian street! There is a local restaurant on the pedestrian street. The mutton is very good. It tastes exactly like the Chinese restaurant. There is also a cake shop. It is also very delicious. When we left, the aunt at the front desk helped us call the car. After calling the car, we were still waiting for the car at the door. The service was great and gave full marks.

The sanitation, facilities and environment are all good. The service is OK, but there is no transportation to leave the hotel. I called the driver inside and agreed to 20 bob, but he charged another 20 bob, not RMB. (I gave bob change in USD, and it has not been delivered to the destination. Forget it. There is a parking lot outside, but there are many cars (the whole old city has a lot of cars, the lane is very narrow, and the speed of individual cars is very fast). If you grab a parking space, 10 euros a night. The hotel lobby has free coffee, fruit, snacks, very warm. The waiter was very good.
