There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you."

"This place is sweet! My favorite thing is the breakfast. They have a handmade made-to-order bar for chapati, naan, chai, and just about any kind of Indian bread you can dream of. The sauces and good quality is very high and fresh and well deserving of the 5 stars! My only small complaint (if I must make one) is compare to more developed countries the rooms have a bit of older, woodsy feel that could be renovated. But the service plus the food easily makes this one of the best hotels in all of Hyderabad! I think you should stay here!"

"A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food. The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise. Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!"

"Lovely old hotel, much nicer than the rather charmless new places opening up. Not the perfect location, not much around, but easy access to the metro and not bad traffic. Great breakfast and fantastic value. Highly recommended"
