Standing in the room, facing the sea, with a wide view and the sea breeze gently blowing through the window, the comfort was simply indescribable. When checking in, the hotel staff learned that we were with the elderly and children, and specially prepared sand digging tools for the baby for us. This small move really made our little baby very happy. He held the tools, his little face was filled with an excited smile, and he couldn't wait to run to the beach, as if this trip became more exciting because of his favorite little gift. The hotel's breakfast also left a deep impression on us. Walking into the restaurant, the rich and diverse food was dazzling, which instantly increased people's appetite. From traditional Chinese breakfast to exquisite Western pastries, from fresh fruit platters to nutritious tonic soups, every food is carefully made, with good color, aroma and taste, satisfying the different taste needs of the family. Here, I must especially thank an employee named Giana Yu. Before we checked in, Giana took the initiative to contact us and asked about our family situation in detail. After learning that there were elderly people and children, she gave us great care. She was warm and friendly, and patiently answered every question we had, making people feel like spring breeze. With her full attention, our family spent every day in the hotel very safe and comfortable. It is the greatest wealth of the hotel to meet such caring employees. Before checking in to this Crowne Plaza Seaview, I was actually a little confused: the recommendation rankings on several third-party travel platforms are all the first in Xiangshan, five-diamond hotels, but here is only Crowne Plaza; what's more, this hotel has been opened in 2016, is it really as good as the reviews say? However, after coming here, I found that I was worrying too much. The Crowne Plaza Xiangshan Seaview is indeed completely different from other brands of the same name: from design to decoration, and from catering to service, it is absolutely worthy of the title of a five-diamond hotel and the first in Xiangshan. The entire hotel consists of three buildings, each different according to the terrain: Among them, the Haitian Building is built on the mountain, and its fifth floor is connected to the thirteenth floor of the Haixin Building (according to the introduction, this corridor was added not long ago), which is the most spectacular and luxurious (executive building). The hotel is close to the mountains and the sea, with excellent scenery. It is also child-friendly and shows parent-child characteristics everywhere. During the two nights of this stay, I tried all three restaurants here: Chinese food, which is very local, is mainly based on fresh seafood and local characteristics, such as Shipu trough bone fish eggs and white crab, hairy bamboo shoots and mackerel, Xiangshan shrimp carved goose, Shipu seafood noodles, etc. are all very delicious; Western food mainly features a variety of seafood and children's favorite desserts (more than 20 kinds) and ice cream (Duburui). People who understand should understand the price of a Duburui ice cream ball, and then compare it with the single price of the buffet, the cost performance is not too high; the hand-brewed coffee in the lobby bar is particularly good. It is said that the brewing lady was specially dug from Starbucks, no wonder the coffee is so delicious. The service attitude is good, the hotel facilities are first-class, the main building is the best in Xiangshan, overlooking the beautiful scenery of the county. The location is convenient and the transportation is convenient. But the decoration and equipment are a bit old.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very spacious and the service is very good. My brother said he particularly liked the breakfast in the hotel. There is an outdoor children's playground next to the breakfast room, where adults can watch their children play while having breakfast, which is so convenient. The next day, I also experienced making lacquer fans in the hotel. It only takes a few minutes to go to the beach. It's not the doorstep, but it's not far. The playability of this Banbianshan beach is really average, and it is more muddy than other beaches in Xiangshan. The sand is also a bit dark. After playing at the beach for a while, my swimsuit was full of black spots that I couldn’t clean off. The next day we went to a different beach and the experience was 100 times better.

My children like to dig sand, so I specially booked this hotel. I didn’t encounter any of the problems of poor service and poor facilities and environment that I posted in the negative reviews before. During the period, the children were also given sand digging tools and check-in and check-out. Souvenir, it is very convenient to go out of the lobby and turn left for five minutes to reach the beach. During the stay, the lady at the front desk, the lady in room service, and the cleaning lady were all very enthusiastic. The disadvantage is that the location is relatively remote. There is nothing else to eat in your own catering. The 128 buffet at the hotel's own expense for dinner is also a bit limited. I personally recommend the room ordering service, which is lighter and tastes good. Overall, I am quite satisfied and will come again next time.

I heard that it is the earliest five-star hotel in Shipu, but it is well maintained. The furniture in the room is not peeling, the curtains are not dusty, and the lighting and bathroom facilities are in good condition. The service is super good, the parking lot is large, there are various restaurants nearby, and there are many well-known seafood noodle shops on Daqing Road. Shipu city is neat and clean. The hotel is a little far from the coast and the floor is high, so it is not noisy and not humid. High cost performance, suitable for vacation

This business trip was a business trip. I stayed in 5.29. Because I was in a resort hotel by the sea, 5.30 I walked next to the beach next to the hotel in the morning. I saw a lot of crabs and jumping fish next to the beach, so I wanted to go down and catch, but I fell into the beach during the crab catching process and wanted to pull it out. I didn’t expect my body to lose balance at once. I hurried to support it with my hand. An extremely sharp stone cut my left thumb. The blood stained the whole hand red at once. I hurried back to the direction of the hotel. At this time, the hotel’s PA technician, Master Zheng, took the initiative to ask if I needed help. I washed the silt and wounds on my body with clear water. Xiao Yang from the front office also sent me band-aid and iodine cotton swabs. After disinfecting them in time, I rushed to the hospital. I hope that the hotel leaders can praise these two employees after seeing the comments. The hotel was expanded on an ancient tidal power station. I stayed in a sunset room. The room was softly decorated and was a favorite style. In the evening, I overlooked the sea in the infinity pool. It was great. I was awakened by the waves in the morning. Go to the highest place to watch the sunrise, but the sunrise is blocked by the mountain. If there is a sunrise, it should be beautiful, the public area is very beautiful, you can sit for a whole day, and feel like living away from the world.
