GGuest UserThe room has a very high standard of hygiene, the design is simple and bright, the housekeeper service is considerate and enthusiastic, the hotel environment is very quiet, you can see the sea while lying on the bed, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to go out for meals. You can walk to many popular restaurants in five or six minutes. The price is affordable and the food is delicious. The housekeeper can drive the sightseeing car to pick up guests at any time to go wherever they want to go. Living here is very stress-relieving

Aamanda80leeFacilities: Excellent. After all, it is newly opened, the room area is also good, and the decoration style is more liked. A lot of snacks and drinks are also given, which the children love. The park has some supporting facilities, restaurants, bakeries, etc., but not many. There are some entertainment facilities, which are all very new, such as outdoor slides, indoor water parks and swimming pools, pump tracks, roller skating venues, etc., which are barely enough for fun. There are also water slides for adults in the water park, but the area and variety cannot be compared with those in the fishing island.
Hygiene: Clean. The details are cleaned cleanly, and they are not neglected because of the small number of guests. The beach is very good and very clean. Because I played barefoot on the beach, I put my shoes far away, and then went to the public toilet on the beach barefoot. Two cleaning sisters were cleaning at any time. It felt that basically no one had used the toilet, but they cleaned it very seriously.
Environment: Quiet. There are not many people. It’s just the beginning of spring, and it’s still a bit warm and cold, especially in the morning and evening. The main thing is to take the children to pick up shells and dig sand. Leisure is good, and three days have passed in a flash, and I still want more.
Service: Good. The only thing is that the water park does not provide towels, you have to bring them from the room, which is a bit troublesome. I didn't know it the first time, and I had to go back to get them. It was a bit far from the room, so I had to drive. The breakfast was good. The restaurant didn't look big, but the variety was quite rich and it was quite comfortable to eat.

GGuest UserLocation and Transportation: Located opposite the South Gate 1 of Phase 10, there's nothing to do in the park, but right in front of the main gate, you can go shopping and order takeout. Shuttle buses run to the main park and Phase 9, too.
Service: Our housekeeper, Saria, was exceptionally helpful. We added her on WeChat the day beforehand and helped us choose a room facing the pool, which had a stunning view. We were greeted with welcome fruit, and the mini bar offered free drinks and snacks. Our housekeeper was incredibly responsive on WeChat, replying almost instantly, no matter the time.
Room Facilities: The room was very new, with a strong design sense, reflecting the current trend for light luxury. The predominantly gray palette creates a simple yet effortlessly elegant feel. The materials used are excellent, with many design details. The room layout was well-organized, with each twin bed facing the window against the wall, and a raised tatami mat underneath, separating the sleeping area from the rest of the room. The room was very comfortable, with the only difference being the bedroom and living room. The charging station was located next to the twin beds, a very well-designed and comfortable space. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with a dressing room in the middle, but the sink is outside. Overall, aside from the lack of a bathtub, everything else about the hotel meets five-star standards.
Swimming Pool: The pool is quite small, due to testing the infinity edge, making for stunning photos.
Value for money: While the value for money in Anaya isn't particularly impressive this season, this hotel offers excellent value compared to other hotels in the park. The hotel is new, and the facilities are slightly higher-end than other hotels. However, the location is a bit remote, making it convenient to get around, requiring a car to reach the park. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value within Anaya.

GGuest UserA very perfect holiday experience. I came here in a rainstorm and felt the hotel's service enthusiasm. The facilities and services are perfect. The room service is very meticulous. Knowing that I was with a child, they would specially replenish baby supplies. The WeChat butler was also always available and never said no. The second visit in 2024 will not disappoint you. There are also various innovative and meticulous services. As long as you come to Aranya, you will definitely come to this hotel again.

SSkariThe feeling of Lancang Hotel is definitely worth it, because I thought it was not in the main scenic spot of Anaya, and the experience would not be discounted due to the adverse traffic. But the hotel butler docked online early, warm and thoughtful, meticulous, completely excluded all our concerns. From check in to check out, almost 24 hours seamless docking, as much as possible for customers to consider, provide super quality service. Here, we especially want to praise Truman, help us check and introduce on the map and timetable when we check in, and patiently accompany us online during the whole check-in process, which makes us very at ease.
If you come to Anaya next time, Lancang is the first choice, because there is a caring butler, happy connection, warm reception desk, careful room service, the gift of David Hockney exhibition and the convenience of the ”sea canteen”, which is even more icing on the cake!

GGuest UserThe experience is very good. There are not only beaches but also hot springs. It is very suitable for the elderly and children to travel. The service is also super good, especially Feng Ting at the front desk, who is very enthusiastic. She also took the initiative to inform the activity time. If there is a problem, it will be solved immediately. The service is superb. I will go again next time.

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.
