Stayed for one night temporarily. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is comfortable and clean.
The parking lot is open. When you check in, the front desk will ask you if you have parking. It is 25 dollars a day. But there is no exit check when going out...
There is a Starbucks and restaurant downstairs. The price of coffee is more expensive than outside and the taste is not as good as outside.

Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

Super nice staff and a location right in the middle of the main stretch of Palm Springs. Free shuttle to and from the airport!
They had fun events like karaoke and bingo on Thursday & Friday. Pool and hot tub were decent. The room itself is big, but kinda dirty. Our room didn't have a view but the price was right.

Breakfast needs to be paid for order. It costs about 15-20 dollars. There is a parking lot next to it, but no one tells you to charge it. The final bill is $ 40 a day. It is really not understandable. This hotel is misleading or ambiguous. The price is misleading for invisible consumption. I rarely comment on it. I have stayed at this hotel and ca n’t help reminding you not to be misled by the 4.7 rating. In fact, the feeling is quite bad. Pillows and quilts have a heavy smell. It is suspected that it was not cleaned or not changed at all. The service is not as warm as the ordinary Hampton inn or best western. Although it is a bit new, it is full of opportunism, the facilities are very cheap, and it is annoying. It's clear that mineral water is charged, but it says FRED, and it hides the D behind so that you can't see it. It is mistaken for FREE. The typical brush is small and smart, and the small price tag is affixed to the bottle cap. Some brush all kinds of small and smart hotels, even the name is a bit suspicion of plagiarism crown, in the future will not live in this hotel.

Great place to stay in downtown Palm Springs. The hotel is so lovely and it has a real retro feel, with great modern bedrooms & bathrooms. Our room stepped out onto the poolside which was great.

Perfect environment, great value for money. Well-equipped facilities add memorable memories during a short trip. The colorful mix makes people feel happy, and I am very moved by the pet-friendliness. If you come to Palm Springs next time, you will definitely come here.

The uncle at the front desk was super enthusiastic, introduced us to local restaurants, and talked about the Texas he had been to. . .
Uncle said that the hotel is not in downtown Palm Springs, it is relatively dark outside, it is best to drive out at night, but it is safe here, don't worry.
Room facilities are average, but clean is fine. Breakfast was pretty good, milk and orange juice were plentiful, and many guests took it to the room to eat.
The highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, which opens from 8 am to 9 pm. There are two large pools and two small spa pools, which are very suitable for taking pictures.

Great
HHera27The environment is beautiful, the shower facilities need to be updated, and the bathroom does not have bath towels and slippers. The room is close to the restaurant and is very noisy from early morning to late night.
YYANISurprise hotel. The design and decoration of the art style is totally different from the design of the hotel. No breakfast, parking, swimming pool, outdoor, romantic at night, with a heated jacuzzi. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Outlets and 10 minutes by car to Walmart.
TTAOThe hotel is only on the side of the road. The road is not busy, so it is not noisy. It is very easy to find with Google Maps. It is actually the most common two-storey motel in the United States. The environment is not bad. It is surrounded by palm trees and has free on-site parking. There is a swimming pool, warm front desk service, complete room facilities, TV, refrigerator, microwave, gourmet coffee machine, no kettle (like a microwave oven), air conditioner refrigerator is very noisy, American hotel hotels do not provide disposable toothbrush slippers. The breakfast room is very small, three tables, 7-9 o'clock, weekend to 10 o'clock, not many varieties (eggs, sliced bread, homemade waffles, cereal milk, coffee, soda, apple), but there is absolutely no problem to eat. The room has a balcony with a coffee table chair, and the big bed parents have a child to live without stress. As a self-driving tour stop, it is still very good, value for money!
VVivian jiThe overall environment is excellent, the staff service is very good, the room is a small villa, and the living is very comfortable. The only downside is that I don't know how to pre-authorize me three times, and the front desk can't say why, they are also very inexplicable. I am waiting to see the credit card bill.
RRachelThe hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.
AABenThe price is average, the location is very good, the price is still good, there are very few foreigners in China, the most important thing is that the hotel parking is free! Still good
