(Three 55" - including one outside in the outdoor living space - and one 75" in the basement with movie theater recliner seating.)Inside, enjoy a cozy fire (burner logs provided) after a long-day. There are several remote work areas throughout the house, including two rooms with doors which can be shut for focused work. The house has FAST WIFI (fiber internet), which extends to the outdoor living space in the backyard. The outdoor living space is big, private, secluded, and peaceful, containing a hot tub with seating for seven people, a 55" smart ROKU tv, dining area, gas grill, and a gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs.The house is right by Greenwood Village and less than 10 minutes to the Denver Tech Center (DTC).
