The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.

I rarely write reviews, but when I visit this place I want to share with others. The hotel is absolutely new, with a convenient location, there is a parking, it is not much important as we arrived by car. The room is very comfortable and comfortable, it has thought everything up to the tiny things, bed and lingerie it is a fairy tale 😍. Cleaning every day. Responsive and polite staff. Breakfast in the form of a Swedish table, but all such fresh and delicious. There is a great pool. The beach is three minutes on the car.In general, if you want to reboot, this is the most appropriate place ❤️

A very cost-effective hotel🏨! It costs about 700 per night, with a balcony, swimming pool, buffet breakfast🥣, a large group of hotel villas, 2-3 public swimming pools, and many outdoor sofas, loungers, and swings. You can also book spa and paragliding directly at the hotel! ! Moreover, the paraglider booked at the hotel is only 75 euros, and services such as airport transfers are an additional 10 euros. If you need to take photos or the like, you need to pay 30 euros to the instructor separately. The entire journey only costs 800+, which is more cost-effective than booking through other channels. So this hotel is really great. Oh, and by the way, you can buy refrigerator magnets at the hotel’s supermarket, and you can reserve lunch at the restaurant, which you can order while basking in the sun by the pool. The burgers and fries are amazing, super crispy, highly recommended!

My husband and I had no favorite hotel during this trip. Although the honeymoon room was not high in space, the bedding in the room was very comfortable. There was an outdoor double massage pool, the garden was beautifully arranged, and the design blended with nature. It's not exaggerated, it makes people feel very comfortable and comfortable. The restaurant and swimming pool are full of summer atmosphere, the sun is colorful and very romantic!

The disadvantage is that there is no service, the bed is uncomfortable, the pillows are too high, and the bedding is also very poor quality.

Since it is an all-inclusive hotel, three meals a day are provided, and drinks are also free. The price of about 1,500 yuan a day in the peak season is very cost-effective. Let's talk about the disadvantages. Since the hotel has been open for too long, the rooms are very old and the decoration is basically the same as that of four-star hotels in third- and fourth-tier cities in China. The three meals are repeated very frequently, and most of them are high-calorie meals for filling the stomach. In short, I still highly recommend the hotel to everyone. The location is excellent and it is a five-minute walk from the beach. The sea in Fethiye is also famous for its beauty. Keep a calm mind and don't be harsh. Travel is also a practice.

Overall not bad. Rooms with good furniture, breakfast is good. Sometimes the wifi doesn't work. They were in the non-season, some in the hotel, first settled in the basement room (do not recommend booking, as it is uncomfortable in it), and then on the 2 floor, there already on adequate.

Location, cleanliness and service give exactly what you want. Hotel officials and staff are very polite and smiling. Since most of the guests are British and all the businesses in this area are mainly English concepts, it would be beneficial to go knowing what you want. It is located right at the beginning of the street where you can walk and where all the places are. The location is perfect, everything is at hand.
