1) My cab left me 150mt away from the hotel because it is a pedestrian shopping zone and we had DRAG our 2 suitcases on cobble stones ”like path” for 15 mins. 2) Upon arrival had to climb 20+ steps to the reception on the first floor ...Our room was 1 floor above the reception ( another 12-15 steps more climb. Thus going out 3 or 4 x a day to beach , shopping, resto, night life etc was a challenging task for a senior citizen of 70+ YES down 35 steps and back up 4 x a day. 3) After 15 hours travel time from Europe to Turkey (left home at 3.00 am , arrived hotel at 18.30).... Even after giving them my visiting card showing my status ”President of a FINANCIAL COMPANY , (they did not take into consideration )I was VERY VERY Badly /disrespectfully greeted.!! .After the check in formalities they wanted IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....I requested for some time to see the room and freshen up then come down to pay...to our surprise WITHIN 3 MINS the receptionist was knocking at my door for payment ....I said give me time to change and will come down ... FOR THEM ”NO WAY ” different staff members came knocking at my door 4 x in 12- 15 mins . I am ”genius 3 Level ” visiting/travelling to about 12-20 hotels per year on 3 or 4 retirement holiday trips per year !! Never , NEVER seen such HUNGER for money from such pathetic poorly educated cheap people. Finally I gave up because my partner asked me to so we can be at peace and call home informing we arrived... I wrote to director and put in suggestion box suggesting to check the clients on Linkedin or google b4 arrival ...but no apology was received from them....reason I WILL NOT FORGET NOR FORGIVE THEM now. 4)The room was too small for a ”deluxe DOUBLE room” . ABOUT 17sqm 2 big Bags got in the way 2 hand carries beside the bed ...difficult to get up in the night for toilet ..MY mistake I did not check SQM of room the word ”double room & DELUXE was deceiving. 5) Bathroom was small but acceptable..had no elct/shaving socket ONLY LIKE was the location . Breakfast was ”ok ” donuts and patisseries were not of ”good quality”, were always hard and not soft with butter as we like in proper cake shops in Europe. ...this was home made and hard to digest.. had first day and tried different ones for 2 or 3 days and left unfinished on plate each time. hot food had little variey but was acceptable for a cheap 3 * hotel.. Shopping was expensive better prices in Tuesday market got some items at 1/3 price tn the market and a bag at 1/4 price restaurants were DILUTING ALL COCKTAIL DRINKS WITH WATER....and priced were expensive 12-15 euros per drink. best drink beer only as most of tourists (British, Russian etc..) were doing

Nice small hotel located close to the beach and with a selection of good restaurants nearby. We stayed at this hotel on a B&B basis for two weeks recently. Pros: Proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping Great little pool on site which was never crowded Fabulous waiting staff, especially Ramazan and Chetin. Amazing service. Rooms cleaned well, bed linen and towels always changed. Cons: Room much smaller than expected compared to pictures on website for a standard double room as too narrow to even get a bedside table each which was a bit annoying. Bathroom very small, very tired and needs updating. An additional 2 euro per day for a room safe. WiFi very poor. In Summary: I don’t think we would stay at this hotel again purely due to the quality of the room. Our room may have been one of the least expensive at the hotel, but it still wasn’t cheap and there’s other better options around. However, we would visit the restaurant again as even though it was not the best food we had on our holiday, it was still nice and the meals were made special by the staff’s fabulous service. They are a credit to the hotel.

First thing that strikes you about this lovely hotel is the views - It sits among the backdrop of a lush green mountain valley that lowers down to a ***** of shops and bars and ends in a blue lagoon of the clearest water... So in short, its a breathtaking location. Secondly the hotels main asset is the friendliness and helpful service you get from the staff. Not that im looking, but I can't find fault with any of them. BIG shout to Erol the Entertainment manager who is just a funny guy and always adds a level of relaxed humour to the many activities that are ongoing through the day... But this isnt done in a pushy way that can be the case sometimes, if you want to just chill here in the sun, in peace, then this is defo a place to do so. Theres always a modern soundtrack of tunes bopping out from the 2 pool bars so if absolute silence is what your looking for then, bring some earplugs. Thankfully we enjoy a good varied ambience of tunage! :) The all inclusive drinks are plentiful and all pretty tastey. I love my beer and wine, and 'Efes' is a good lager, and the red/white wines are of a good standard. We enjoyed watching the entertainment, which is mostly dance oriented with a different spin every night, apart from the acrobatics and illusion shows that we missed as we were off on excursions those nights. The excursions are brilliant, Numerous boat trips and sunset cruises were the best we found. We highly recommend hiring a car for 40 quid a day and driving to Gemlier beach (proper stunning beach) and the Ghost town for lunch and a bit of culture. We also drove into Fethiye to Calis beach (free parking on the roads a couple roads back from the main beach *****). We had dinner there at one of the restaurants there and watched the sun set - Amazing!! **dont drive into Fethiye on tuesday... markets make it impossible to get in and park** Also worth the short drive to Butterfly valley to take in the view... Well worth a pic trust me. The food is always of a good standard if you like meats and fish freshly cooked on the spot, with mediterraenean salads etc and numerous vegetables. We love all this so it was perfect. If your fussey brits that just want brit boring food and breakfast EXACTLY how us brits cook our full english then you may be searching around the room a while for things you can enjoy - but im sure you will find something, its all tastey. In summary, really nice hotel with lovely staff We will certainly return to this absolute gem in Oludeniz. Thanks guys. Big Love Leo & Steph X

We stayed for two nights, the first night in the building where the front desk is located. The second night was temporarily added by us. The original room was gone, and then we were transferred to the second district across the road from the front desk. Equipment and room, the second district is good. Our family prefers a room in the second arrondissement for the second night.
If you are going paragliding and island hopping, the location of this hotel is the best, and the beach is right outside. Island hopping and paragliding are only a few minutes away.
This hotel is still better, that is, all-inclusive. Three meals and afternoon tea are included in the room rate. The food is ok, but the drinks are not. But we only like to drink tea and water. Beer is also free.
When you check in, the front desk will bring you a bracelet. With this bracelet, you can eat and drink as you like in the hotel. The watermelon fruit is quite delicious. I think it is quite convenient and saves you from having to look for food. Anyway, I feel that I don't like Turkish food very much.
Island hopping is quite tiring, so I just wear a swimsuit and walk for a few minutes to the hotel to rest, which saves a lot of energy. A walk on the beach after dinner is also nice.
We are three meals a day, about 3,000 RMB per night.

From the pictures, I expected a nice spacious pool, with childrens/splash pool. I expected a rooftop terrace/sunbathing/relaxing area and a pool table. It seems that some changes have taken place since photos were posted online as there is no splash pool or pool table and the roof terrace is a barren, unwelcoming space. The pool now has a wall built up against one side, so along with the boundary wall, means it's flanked on all sides and doesn't receive enough sun to warm the pool, so even at the end of the season, after a summer of sun, its still freezing. As in other reviews, it seems rooms vary wildly. Ours was much nicer than our friend's, but our balcony was next to useless as it was completely shaded/baracaded by creeping plants. All of this, I could let slide, bearing in mind the price paid, but the service we received was a deal breaker for us. We like to drink late, often returning from town for a couple more at the bar before bed. On our first day we asked what time the bar closed and were basically told, whenever we wanted. We returned from town at 12.30am to complete darkness. We asked if the bar could be reopened and received a flat out ”no”. On another night we arrived back at the bar when it was still open, but later on, I think somewhere between 1.30 and 2.00am it shut down. That is understandable, but we didn't like the fact that we weren't told it was closing or asked if we wanted anything else, they just turned the lights out, shut everything down and left us sitting there in the dark! Despite this, 4 members of staff were still in the vicinity, one ”night watchman” and three others sitting chatting and looking at their phones. It seems bizarre, that you wouldn't keep the bar open and take our money, if you are hanging around anyway? Most of the time we were completely ignored by the staff, no one asked us how our day was or if we were enjoying our stay. There was one exception, one guy did make more of an effort to say hello and we had a brief conversation at the bar with him once in 10 days. For these reasons, we chose not to give the hotel any of our money and took our custom elsewhere as much as we could. We reckon the hotel lost out on at least £1000 in drinks from our group. Although the hotel had its faults, its close to the beach and more than adequate, so we may well have stayed again, had the customer experience been better.

The hotel rooms are quite satisfactory. The highlight is that they have a balcony with a nice view of the sea. The hotel is on a mountain 10 minutes' drive from the seaside. It is recommended for self-driving tourists otherwise it will be inconvenient to climb the mountain. The dining options are relatively limited, and it would be a bit monotonous to eat here three meals a day.

My husband and I had no favorite hotel during this trip. Although the honeymoon room was not high in space, the bedding in the room was very comfortable. There was an outdoor double massage pool, the garden was beautifully arranged, and the design blended with nature. It's not exaggerated, it makes people feel very comfortable and comfortable. The restaurant and swimming pool are full of summer atmosphere, the sun is colorful and very romantic!

This is a 4 star hotel near the Dolmush stop. Unlike other hotels in Ölüdeniz, which have plain rectangular pools, the pool here is circular, so you can turn it around like a track, and it's big and pretty just by looking at it. The food and drinks at the restaurant and bar next to the pool were all delicious. The staff were all great, and the hotel restaurant breakfast and dinner were both delicious. I was surprised to see so many British people. Anyway, this is a hotel that I definitely want to go back to next time.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the beach, and all-inclusive meals are very hassle-free. Everyone on staff is very welcoming. The food is Turkish local delicacies, which may not suit the Chinese stomach, and the desserts are especially delicious. The only disadvantage is also an advantage. There are performances in the hotel in the evening, the music is full of energy and it will be late. I only stayed for one day, so I don't know if it is available every day. People with sleep problems should take note.

11234567MarkGreat hotel, rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and location is ideal. Crazy golf, table tennis & pool table are all free to use. Plenty of sunbeds so no rush on a morning. Our 2 bed apartment had 3 (yes 3!) Air con units, the super king bed was a full size bed not 2 singles pushed together unlike my previous experiences with other hotels. Food is on par with some of the top restaurants on the *****. Overall a very good hotel, the only improvement would be the addition of an oven in the apartment.
XXiaotelafude7Overall good, worth recommending.
Hygiene: Not bad.
Service: Enthusiastic, the hotel has its own restaurant with good taste. Breakfast is not a buffet but a la carte, which is slow, worth noting.
Facilities: Complete, except for no toothpaste.
Location: The core area of the beach, 3 minutes walk from the beach, and the surrounding area is very lively at night.
GGuest UserBecause it was very late when I arrived in Fethiye that day, I was going to do a paragliding experience the next day, so I went to the experience center to find out the situation but it to be closed. I randomly found a nearby hotel with spare rooms. Prepare to come back early the next morning to find out. Unexpectedly, it was an amazing experience. The receptionist who received us at the front desk was called Tommy. He was very enthusiastic with very well oral English, and was very handsome. After helping us to check in politely and enthusiastically, he also showed us around the hotel. Knowing that we are going to have a paragliding experience the next day, immediately help us to schedule a good local paragliding company the next day. When I was about to check out, he also helped us to contact for the hot air balloon activities on the follow-up itinerary and even recommended local personal friends to receive us and give us advice. Thanks so so so much, Tommy is the soul of this hotel. In addition, this hotel is on the mountainside, and you can enjoy the sea view when you have breakfast or in the room. The European architectural building style is very romantic. The price is also very affordable. Recommend everyone to stay
BBuaihuijiadeblLet's talk about the advantages first. The hotel has many leisure and entertainment facilities, including basketball courts, tennis courts, billiard halls, and gyms. Since it is an all-inclusive hotel, three meals a day are provided, and drinks are also free. The price of about 1,500 yuan a day in the peak season is very cost-effective.
Let's talk about the disadvantages. Since the hotel has been open for too long, the rooms are very old and the decoration is basically the same as that of four-star hotels in third- and fourth-tier cities in China. The three meals are repeated very frequently, and most of them are high-calorie meals for filling the stomach.
In short, I still highly recommend the hotel to everyone. The location is excellent and it is a five-minute walk from the beach. The sea in Fethiye is also famous for its beauty. Keep a calm mind and don't be harsh. Travel is also a practice.
GGuest UserWe stayed here as a couple and used the hotel as our base to explore the area. We stayed last week of September and first week of October. The hotel is immaculately clean and the food is excellent too! Many days we were up and out after breakfast as we were viewing properties and busy, but when we did stay around the pool, we had it to ourselves! The hotel was busy at breakfast and then very quiet all day. (I think this was a mixture of Covid travel rules and also most other guests were out all day paragliding). The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. If you took a seat by the bar area - they were straight over to take your order for a drink or food. The pool was fab and clean and the pool side toilets were kept very clean. All in all a great base just away from the main strip. Highly recommended small hotel for couples.
GGuest UserHotel location is not bad, two or three minutes to the beach, the room is also big. When I go, it may be because there are not many people. Breakfast is not self-service, but it is good to do first. It is also very rich. The hotel staff is very friendly. The yard can be parked. They helped me book a paraglider. It was very convenient at first. Yi later raised the price because of the peak season, but there is no cheaper than paragliding company online.
MMENGThe location is super good. When you have breakfast at the hotel, you can see the gliding people landing one by one. On the whole beach, this house is the most beautifully decorated, the most beautiful flowers are open, and the location is in the middle of several hotels. The swimming pool is beautiful and the surrounding seating area is also unique. It’s just the place where the people in the gliding area landed. The car can’t be driven. There are a lot of people, a lot of cars, and it takes a lot of effort to drive the car to the parking lot under the guidance of local people who are not fluent in language. The parking lot is in the yard of the house, but the place is very small, one after the other is arranged, the car key needs to be placed in the hotel, so that the car inside can get out of the yard.
GGuest UserWe stayed 2 nights, awesome place. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I didn't expect that kind hospitality, reminding our values we forgot. Definitely I'll come back again. Plus, Thanks a lot to Mr. Barış . Peymacun is legendary . Location is in the middle of everywhere lots of night clubs and restaurants are open during all night. You can visit Ölüdeniz, Kabak and Kayaköy with only one minibus. Also ATMs and markets so near. Thanks for everything
Myself and my daughter had a week here from August 30th .. it was out first ever holiday together (she’s 24). .. we were a bit worried after reading all the reviews but we needn’t have worried . We had a swim up room .. spacious and clean .. lovely cold pool .. especially after a day on the beach . Room tidied every day if we wanted it .. towels etc every 3 days which was fine with us . Fridge topped up with water .. we ended up being so overwhelmed with water we had to give it back . .. we had no issues with food ., we were happy to try what was on offer and we always found something to eat .. yes we’re in Turkey . We did spend most days on the beach or on trips but would have liked a day round the pool .. however sunbeds were always taken really early . Entertainment was good .. the kiddies evening entertainment was lovely .. we are still singing the songs .😃.. we had a late flight and were allowed to use the spa showers before we left which was lovely . .. the only thing I felt bad about was some ( not all ) of the cleaning ladies really pushed for money .. we didn’t have a lot to give and felt a bit pressured . .. but we had the BEST time . Location is perfect .. oloudeniz is perfect ..and Montebello was perfect for us .. we are definitely coming back next year .. thank you x
We left Izmir to visit Fethiye. We deposited part of the payment into the business account the day before our arrival. We called 40 minutes before arriving at the location and told them we were on the way. Check-in time is 12.00. We were informed that the check-out time was 12:00. Since we came from a long way, we reached the California apart hotel at 3:20. When we asked for our room, they said it was not ready yet and we would have to wait a few hours. Even though we arrived late to the business, which had a 12 o'clock check-in time, we were kept waiting for another hour. Anyway, we entered the room and turned on the water to take a shower, but there was no hot water. I don't understand how there is no hot water. I don't understand how the price we pay is determined. They did not bother to plug in the refrigerator and turn it on, but even came and connected the cylinder upon our call. They said the pool water was hot but it was as cold as nails. I could barely put my foot in it. When one of the foreign female guests staying at the hotel saw that we could not see the pool, she replied, ”I have been staying here for 3 months. I have never been able to enter the pool because the water is cold.” If you want to be disgraced with your money, you can come and stay in this establishment. With love and respect
