Throughout the house, there's lots of natural sunlight with over 40 Windows and Skylights throughout. We used the most premium flooring with wide planks, we placed new moldings and casings throughout, cathedral ceilings, 3 Balconies including 1 in the Master Bedroom and a nice flow and open feel throughout. Do you like Privacy? Sterling House is located on a cul-de-sac (dead end street), which gives you the privacy you want. We even have a landline phone installed.Since we also use this house for our vacationing we chose the best finishes and materials throughout.
