Please remove shoes when in the home. 2. Only registered guests allowed. Visitors and unregistered guests may not stay the night. 3. The kitchen sink does NOT have a garbage disposal. Please help us conserve energy by turning off the lights, fireplace, all electronics and A/C. In winter turn heater down to (68 degrees) whenever not in the property. 8. Close all windows, lock All three exterior doors. Be sure to press the “lock” button on the key pad On the front door. Wait for green light and beep to confirm it locked. 9. Report any damages or broken items in a timely manner. Damages that exceed security deposit will be paid by guest. 10. Set large bags of trash in bins located outside. Extra trash bags are located under the kitchen sink. 11. Please watch your children around steps. * If traveling with small children please be aware that there are no safety gates for the steps. 12. An extra set of linens will be provided for reservations that are over 7 days.
