Good location, very convenient. The shower is a little cramped but serves the purpose. Barely feel the pillow as it was too flat and small.

Our stay at Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central was fantastic! The modern, minimalist design was stylish yet cozy, perfect for our family. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Stockholm, close to major attractions and public transport. The rooms were compact but well-organized, with comfy beds and sleek amenities. We appreciated the free breakfast, which had a great variety to fuel our day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. It was a budget-friendly stay without compromising on comfort or convenience. A great choice for families looking for a central, hassle-free base in Stockholm! Highly recommend!

It was a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The location is very good. It is only a nine-minute walk from the airport MRT. There is also a 140-meter walk nearby and one stop on bus 53 to the city center. The hotel was very considerate in preparing an extra quilt for us. The check-in process is very fast. You can check in online first, and then check in and get the keys by yourself. There is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel where you can have breakfast which is very convenient. You can also fill the bottle with water, with bubble and non-bubble options. It is a hotel with a high CP value.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Although the room is not big, the overall layout is very reasonable and comfortable. The hotel front desk is very patient and warm. When checking in, they will ask when breakfast is served, pay attention to personal privacy, and ask if daily cleaning is needed, etc. The hotel is very close to important attractions such as the Imperial Palace, the Old Town, etc. Turn right and turn right again after 100 meters to enter the pedestrian street, which leads directly to the Imperial Palace. It is very convenient

Single room is very small here, but if you don't stay in your room for most of the day it's not a big deal. Staff are very helpful and nice. They also have a laundry room that is free to use and doesn't require your own washing liquid. The only tourist attraction it's closer to is the city hall, but a bus stop is right outside the hotel. There's also a metro station nearby, so I would say the location is not bad for the price.

The location of the hotel is very good, just 2 mins walk distance from the train station. There is one concern during my stay that at mid night the resident next door banged the wall and the sound proof of the room is poor. This has scared me and then I realised that the door is opened from outside instead of inside which cause me security concern.

Overall lovely location and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Where they lost points was because there were a lot of spiders present. If travellers are okay with that then it’s fine - I unfortunately don’t want one crawling on me at night. I killed some in my room and at night and i was on edge for a bit. I went to reception and they said no other room was available. They provided me with a spray but mentioned it was strong and I would have to stay out for a little bit before I could return. The following morning staff came to clean the room and found nothing, but then when I went back there were more spiders. When I spoke to management they just said that there are spiders here and they do their best to clean and that there was nothing else they could do for me. I told them at check out that the spider issue did dampen my experience - and the manager was okay with that.

The room I was given was not the same as what was shown on Ctrip. Is this what a room costing over 1,300 RMB is like? The hotel is about 1.4 km away from the central station on foot. If you take the subway for 2 stops, the nearest subway station is about 300 meters away on foot. The hotel front desk waitress was unfriendly and sent us to another building across the street, which made us run back and forth several times. The room was completely different from the reservation (see picture). The room was too small and the suitcases could not fit in. We had no luck negotiating with the hotel. They just said that the room we booked was gone and could not be changed. The long flight and the hotel made us exhausted. It was already past 11 o'clock at night. If it was just one night, it would be fine. I want to stay for three nights. If the room price was a few hundred, I would have nothing to say. I would accept it because I wanted to save money. But the room price was 4,000. How could I make do with it? There was really no way but to contact Ctrip customer service to coordinate and solve it. Finally, the result came. We were moved to a larger room and it was claimed that it was a free upgrade, and it was only for one night. It was already midnight when we moved our luggage, changed floors and changed rooms. Thank you very much to Ctrip customer service for helping us solve the problem. I would like to add that the hotel restaurant has many seats, but the waiters did not clean up in time after the guests left, and the table was a mess. I collected the plates and cups by myself before sitting down. The breakfast variety was extremely ordinary. The good thing about the hotel is that there is hot water and coffee in the front living room. In addition, the front desk controls the door lock of the luggage storage room. It is safer to let the front desk remotely unlock the door to store and retrieve luggage.
