My stay at the hotel in Bishkek exceeded my expectations. The hotel had a charming ambiance and a central location, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Not bad overall, however the rooms have glass windows with very limited opening capabilities, hence for those who like fresh air the rooms too stuffy

Honestly ,very poor service. They can not speak all languages that mention on their web page. I tried to communicate with them in English but the staff there didn’t speak English so she used Russian but my Russian communication was not enough to communicate. Staff of this hotel can change their opinion immediately and do not care about you and yet they are ready to blame you and argue with you instead of solving the problem! There was a problem transferring money from my account. I have tried many ways as they asked for. But the problem with their system. Manager didn’t want to understand and did not provide Mastercard as she promised instead demanded me to pay in cash and demanded to give my passport. I have lost my cash at the airport but I have reserved a room and add my card to pay but the money was not taken from the hotel I did not know why? I was interred my bank account for online payment for staying one night at that hotel and even I left a note and even texted with the manager throughout email before leaving my country but she said nothing about the payment. I was confused when I saw the my booking payments at the hotel. I explained my situation and asked to give me time to transfer but it was very difficult to transfer money the hotel’s account.After trying 4 hours I initially transferred money to managers local bank account given by one man who even doesn’t work there came to the hotel as a Translator! Her attitude was childish and whatever I asked he said I do not know then why he even was there if he was unable to explain the situation. He kept said the manager has a problem. It was crazy night. Even the money sent the manager did not respond me when I sent her the receipt to her email and even in the morning when I asked my all deposited money back she could not wanted to give it back immediately! This was the worst service ever I have faced with! Manager can’t handle the problem. Very rude staff! Irresponsible for their job! Regretted visiting there! They can’t provide quality service. Staying there was stressful. They don’t even care to say bad anything about you using Russian language! But breakfast was good and the room was clean but there were three beds which was totally different from the room that I chose. I do not recommend for basically foreigners to stay at this hotel because if you got a problem instead of solving it staff can demand you leave the hotel in the middle of the nigh even you add your card to their site and all of your ID. They do not give you a chance or can not tell you in advance. They cancelled my booking from the site Agoda thus I left the review here!

The Kausar Hotel is located about 1.5 km - 2 km from the center, which is quite cool at the city's extension :-) In addition, the location of the hotel on the side street makes it impossible to reach the hotel. The room I occupied was very large, although it seemed like a single room. In the room there was a large bed (double bed!), wardrobe, desk with a chair, a comfortable chair, TV and ... plenty of space. The bathroom was a little small, but there was everything you needed, including cosmetics. So it was not a problem. The room was kept in pleasant, warm bronze and beige colors, among other things, so you could have a good rest after a tiring day. The surprise was very nice and helpful service at the reception (I arrived at the hotel after midnight and I was welcomed with a sincere smile on my mouth and the joy that I appeared, Because as I found out in the reception, they thought I wouldn't come. The hotel has a small but very nice interior garden where you can completely ”reset” e.g. after your trip. Very delicious breakfast. Besides the Swedish table, among others, with fruits and sweet bakes, there was also a raisins (in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan it was an exception) you could also get an egg or an omlet. So, I recommend staying at the Hotel Kausar at 100 percent!

They had pre arranged a taxi service from the airport, and he was waiting for me right at the doors as I finally completed my 28 hours in transit from Sydney. This man was my first experience of anyone really in Bishkek and he was so friendly and helpful. We chatted endlessly whilst he drove me to my destination and although I was tired I wished we could have spoken for another little while. Once inside the hotel, he helped me check in to the hotel as my knowledge of Russian is non existent and the young man behind the counter had limited English. I headed upstairs and had an amazing sleep after a hot shower. The beds are super comfortable and after getting myself sorted around 11am the staff at the front desk really did go above and beyond helping me get my sim card active (they even took me to the supermarket to add data to my sim) they then organised a taxi to take me to the bank and bring me back and all of this they offered me a lunch as I had missed out in breakfast. They also upgraded me from a double room to a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. The next day before checking out they again arranged a taxi for my destination and also gave me a take away lunch as I had missed breakfast that first morning. This was my first long haul flight after 2 years and the staff at hotel De'mar really helped me settle in and avoid jet lag. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are ever thinking of visiting Bishkek.

The location is the best as it is in the center. Gulnura at the reception is very helpful. She assisted from the arrival until departure. The lady from the morning duty also. The room is good for the short trip. They are providing the amenities. Supermarket and restaurant walking distance only.

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel. 1. Rooms are quite good for a botique hotel - bathroom is nice with complete toiletries. 2. Breakfast is quite less but good and will help you throughout the day - eggs and coffee will be offered by the wonderful staff or upon request. Dinner is quite good. Bar is okay. 3. Place is quiet except for the noise in the street but not that important. 4. Location is okay - near supermarkets, restaurants, and malls. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially Aiperi and Perizat.I'd like to commend Aiperi as she made sure all our queries and requests were attended to with a smile. She will help you out the best way she can. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!!

Delightful comfortable new hotel with the most caring and friendly staff. Our double room with a balcony overlooking a huge fruit tree, was spacious with lots of storage space, a huge comfy bed and a large bathroom . The buffet breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented, with eggs cooked to choice . Everything we chose including the coffee was delicious and fresh . Our most memorable experience though was the delightful, helpful staff members who were so welcoming. Highly recommend this well run Hotel .

Arrived almost early in the morning, fell asleep and skipped breakfast. But to my surprise they brought me to my room, I was very pleasant and grateful. The room had everything you needed (dental kit, disposable slippers, full tea service). What was important was the large desktop. Well done!!! Apparently they try very hard and help in everything.

Excellent hotel. All in green, in the center of Bishkek, conveniently located, quiet, quiet, safe, comfortable. Good, fresh breakfast, good baking, always cook all day, perfect price/quality ratio. There are two conference rooms in the hotel, a lounge area, an open veranda. The bathroom always gives shampoo, shower gel, toilet soap. Very clean, comfortable, everything is thought out. The room is well thought out: two beds, two chairs, a table, an electric teapot, a bowl of dishes, glasses, a refrigerator, a fan, a air conditioner, a TV, a phone. I recommend to stay in this beautiful, colorful, fabulous hotel !
