It is a 13 to 15 minutes walk by foot. The room in that hotel is clean and big. The hotel staffs are very approachable. The price of a room is really cheap and affordable. You should bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste because they would not provide that.

"We checked in K hotel for three nights. The first room we checked in was terrible. Room temperature is only 50 degree, the bathroom sink is not working. One side of the room no electricity , no wi fi connection. Rooms was noisy for whole night, didn’t sleep at all for whole night! Next. Morning Talk to front desk , they offered to change a new room. The 2nd room is a lot better.
Suggest K hotel do not put this kind of room on the list. It’s misleading
Good thing is they willing to change room for us"

"Very impressed by the cleanliness of this place. The bathroom was pristine, and the showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. The rooms are indeed VERY small so be prepared for that . Luckily I had a room with a window, so an added bonus. When I was there the place was very quiet, so I had the living area (to eat in) and the use of the bathroom totally to myself! St.Ignatius (orange line) is the closest metro station. If you opt to have the breakfast, you can either take it in the café on the ground floor OR get a voucher for the MacDonald's down the street. Check in is AT 3PM... and NOT a minute before!🤣"

"The room was big and comfy. Beds are well made and comfortable to sleep. The staff was helpful and always had smile on their face.
Room needs better cleaning. When you enter the room it feels like an old room. When you take shower everywhere gets wet. There is no curtain to keep water away. The bath tub was broken and when you step on it it feels like its gonna break."

"The room is okay for the price we pay. Need to call Recep daily for housekeeping. Overall location is quite convenient, just that the hotel is abit old n there’s no wardrobe inside the room.

The bed and breakfast is clean and comfortable, the interior decoration is carefully furnished, so that the journey leaves a beautiful return, unbeatable, very satisfied. The most difficult thing for me to busy is the bed and breakfast breakfast really makes me difficult to busy, beautiful scenery, comfortable environment, breakfast can be seen very carefully prepared, plentiful portions, balanced nutrition, colors are carefully matched, color and fragrance services. The only problem is that it would be better if the drinks had more choices for children, such as milk or juice, because children do not drink coffee and tea.

LLauren Y.It was a nice, cosy and comfortable room at the basement. From the room, there's a balcony that we can have drinks and snacks and view the mountain scenery. Hosts were kind and friendly. Breakfast was good. As the place needs a 9mins walk up from the drop off point (big bus cannot enter the small alley), they helped us bring up the lugguages using their scooter. So cool! The walk up was nice and cooling. We stayed 2 nights. Will do so again next time :)

JJoleneThe stay was excellent! Absolutely loved it! It was very near the main jiu fen street (just about a 3min walk) and the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. The common areas are so beautifully decorated and there's plenty of space. I love how they prioritised this and not just turn everything into bedrooms. Very thoughtful of them.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient. You get porridge with a variety of dishes to go along with. They also have bread with butter/jam available.
The stay is located on top a flight of stairs. Our group traveled as a family with 2 senior citizens and the flight of stairs were a little tiring for them. Do take note if you're taveling with those who are older or have difficulties walking. It isn't too bad, but can definitely be tricky for some.
Overall, we had an absolutely lovely stay. This place is one of the prettiest out of the rest we scouted for jiu fen as well. It's a good pick and I would stay here again if I were to come back to jiu fen. Hope you find this helpful! Cheers!

A short walk away is Lehua Night Market, where you can go shopping and eat at night. The room is a little small but very clean. Unfortunately, breakfast is only a voucher for a nearby fast food restaurant. It is recommended to order without breakfast. You can eat Yonghe Soy Milk nearby for breakfast.

LLauren Y.Location of our villa is just at the beach. Openn the door and we are at the beach! Only has private hot spring tub in the villa. Comes with games room, arcade, public hot spring pool, table tennis etc. Only dissatisfaction is the smoke smell left in the room from previous occupants.
Wish they priorise Toiletries or at least hand soap.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

GGuest UserThe location is about 10 -15 mins walk to the Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf. There is direct bus just around the corner which can take you to Tamsui old street and the metro station. There is a supermarket nearby and a 7-11.
The room is huge! The bed is two queens bed combined. The only downside for this hotel is there is no wardrobe. It only has a tiny little hock to hang clothes and it’s very low. So my long jacket will be sweeping the floor if I hand there. There is also no partition between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is also no switch to switch off the light on top of the bathroom basin
The shower room do not have a holder where u can put your shower gel and face wash. The clothes rack is near the shower head and your clothes could get wet. If you put your stuffs outside the shower room, as there is no partition between bathroom and bedroom, your room mates will be able to see you when you open the shower door.
Please add a rack in the shower room and add back the partition between bathroom and bedroom. I think that’s necessary.

GGuest UserHard to find : we found the hotel after a few time. The location on Google Maps and Apple Plan were not exactly the same + the place don’t look exactly the same as on internet.
Service : we received a call bc the householder was having some personal issues (alright, that’s life). But we called the number, and it was difficult to reach someone + someone were in the hostel but no answer until the same person decided to scream something we didn’t understood.
Cleaning : it was clean ! But a smell of humidity.
Amenities : we were very happy, necessary things were available. BUT sleepers are not personal (maybe used by all the customers even if maybe cleaned), the breakfast is not homemade, it’s delivered (and it’s actually good !).
We enjoyed the place, even if it’s pretty far by foot, and difficult because of the several stairs. Jiufen is actually on a mountain, but it can be difficult for people with disabilities.
We were very happy, even we arrived pretty late, and the famous Old Street was closed when we finished to settle.
