This Five bedroom Five bathroom beach front house is located at the Broken Groin on the South End of Pawleys Island. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your culinary needs. There are beach chairs supplied underneath the house. You can fit up to 6-8 cars in the driveway and under the house (depending on what kind of car you drive). The south end boat ramp is just around the corner as well. The living room includes a mounted flat screen TV over the fireplace and it also has a sleeper sofa. 4 of the bedrooms and 4 of the bathrooms are on the second floor and the 5th bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. We supply high speed internet and two smart TVs in the house. Boasting 5 bedrooms total - 2 downstairs and 3 upstairs, with a den and full size bathroom on each floor. **Please note that rentals in October, November and March are for the bottom level only (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) as the upstairs bedrooms are not heated.**Ceiling fans installed in all the bedrooms upstairs and bedroom downstairs along with sliding glass doors from the main den, or "Big Room" to the large screened porch on the front of the house. New living room couches in the big room along with brand new 50" flat screen TV. Additional amenities include two double kayaks and a canoe, a long screened porch and a brick BBQ grill in the front yard, along with an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, full size washer/dryer, new improved high speed mesh wireless internet/wifi and cable, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area and so much more!
