You are at the end of the spacious second floor terrace so it's super private. This is my only unit with an outside Grill - make friends with Sawman on the beach and you'll have fresh fish every day. This unit has a full kitchen and spacious living and sleeping areas. There are AC units & ceiling fans in both bedrooms and a mini-split AC unit and ceiling fan in the main living area.From Blue Hills it’s an easy 15 minute drive east to the heart of the tourist mecca of Grace Bay; if you travel west you’ll find the best national parks and nature reserves that Turks & Caicos has to offer, often overlooked gems in this island paradise.The apartment comes equipped with beach chairs, beach shade and a cooler. There are 2 kayaks available for use (shared with the other 3 short-term rental units in the apartment block) equipped with seat pads and paddles but no PFDs, so please be careful.There is no washer or dryer in the unit but I’m happy to do your laundry for you during your stay. I’m 10 mins away, so close by if you need anything.The neighbors have a friendly shaggy dog who patrols the property, and there is a family of hens and a rooster who live on the back wall of the garden.
