It is still possible to swim in the ocean in front of the condo, but if you prefer a nice sandy beach, the nearest access to a sandy area for swimming is just a couple of minutes walk across the parking lot of a neighbouring property where you will find a public beach access that will bring you to a sandy section of beach where you can swim. All beaches are public in terms of walking or swimming, however, all facilities at all properties are private.
