Holiday Inn Express London - Stansted Airport Reviews

This hotel is absolutely dirty and the housekeeping is doing nth. We have changed our room third time. In the 1st room, the period (red) was on the bed. In the 2nd room, the yellow liquid stuff was found too.   The last room is found with uncleared cup with coffee.  I will never stay and do not recommend people to stay.

Very spacious and clean room. The staff at the concierge welcomed us with a smile, very demure very mindful. The hotel also provides necessary stuffs like toothpaste, comb and razor when you ask, plus filtered water in bottle. Shuttle bus to the airport comes right in front of the front door every 15 mins and take only 5 mins to the airport, be aware that it is filled with people. P/S: Room has no window and get pretty hot at night. 10/10 for an airport hotel.

If you travel by car expect a charge for the parking at the hotel car park regardless you booked to stay the night. Not a big deal, but a bit sneaky not telling you before hand.

The location of the hotel and the opportunity it provides for transport is very good, there is a little difficulty because there are limited places to shop and go around, but it is very good in terms of cleanliness, but I saw the rest of the meals as a little troubled, the friendly approach is not bad.

Definitely can not walk to it from airport, rooms are very dated and marks on the walls and carpets but the bed and bathroom were clean

Smoke alarm was flashing every minute and not very nice to have a bright light at night on when you are trying to sleep. Room was cold when we arrived. Food at dinner was a bit too greasy

The sheets were not clean, neither was the bathroom sink. Terrible food at the bar/restaurant. I didn’t even go for breakfast !

Staff was so friendly. From airport every 30 min bus it’s coast 4GBR . You can pay by cash or card. I miss breakfast but near it’s shop and Macdonalds

I arrived at the hotel and was quickly attended to, but the attendant barely spoke to me. While I watched the attendant at the counter next door giving all the information to other guests, my attendant simply told me the room number and floor. That was okay, the room was comfortable, but the sofa had a round white stain that I couldn't tell what it was. The breakfast was good, the room had a good structure, and the location was great.

We stayed for 1 night, for an early flight .rooms nice very standard .breakfast didn't start until 4am,but went down at 3.30 am still had coffee toast fruit ect. Overall ok 👍

Very convenient airport hotel, short distance from the airport and excellent service. A little disappointed that there were stain marks on the duvet covers although the sheets appeared clean and crisp. Aside from that great value and satisfactory for a short stay.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Perfect for one night stay near Stansted airport. Breakfast is also ok.

Great service, breakfast and shuttle to airport service.
