What we think there were good are:- * The hotel was clean and nice location, close to the beach * The cleaning staffs were very good because they cleaned the room everyday and even the pools. What we think the hotel can be better are:- * We were disappointed about the information we got from the receptionist when we checked in because he only said by verbal and of cause he can’t remember all the details to inform us and didn’t tell us where we can find all informations. * We didn’t buy all inclusive package so we paid for drink by ourselves. The concern was how you motivate the price a small glass of beer 3€which was cheaper than one Fanta 250ml 4€, while the other bars/nice restaurants around there sales about 4€ for 500ml and one Fanta in the same size 2.50-2.90€? * The glass of drink were different every time when we bought from every bars at the hotel and you can never ever know how much it was in the glass. I could understand that it doesn’t matter for customers who buy the all inclusive package but the customers who pay for the drinks have the right to know how much they should have. Btw, the staffs never came with a drink manu and we think that they should have it. * The place around the pools were so small and the chairs were reserved by customer early in the morning before 7 o’clock. We wondered how the hotel staffs allowed some customers reserved the chairs and we found that one customer reserved about 8 chairs for themselves and just only one person sat there for their reservation? * We think that the pools were open too late (10.00-18.00). We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a family hotel and we expected that we would be able to use the pool as fast as we can but it seemed difficult especially to get young children to wait until the pools opened.

it was a great trip. very nice spot, the entertainment team was great and very kind, the food awesome and great private beach!

Best experience. Highly recommend, I love the people, the food, the bar is great aswell and the vibe is phenomenal, highly recommend to meet wako, absolute vibe!

Great experience lovely food and wako is a real funny guy. Met some lovely people and the staff was over the top. Definitely going to miss it and come again

We had a beautiful stay at this resort at the start of June for 2 weeks. Rooms were very clean and spacious with our own ground floor balcony. Service and food was excellent a great choice every morning & evening . The restaurant managers were very helpful and friendly. The grounds were lovely with a lot of sun loungers available through out the day. Beach access is directly across the road and as you walk along the prom there is a great choice of beach bars and restaurants & Stallis town is just a 5-6 min walk from the resort. There was entertainment every evening something for everyone. There was also a lovely Spa on site offering Lovely treatments and massages which I purchased and would highly recommend. Over all our first experience of the Blue Sea Beach hotel & Resort was beautiful and very enjoyable and would highly recommend this accommodation for a couples trip or for a family. Heraklion Airport was only 20 mins away which is great no long taxi rides.
