Appartamenti carini, c'è da sistemare qualcosina ma siamo state benissimo nonostante i 4 piani a piedi che però ci hanno permesso di godere di una vista fantastica. Proprietari e i loro 3 cani sono favolosi. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo 😘😘

We cannot understand the bad reviews here. Anyone who expects a 5 star hotel for these cheap prices should question themselves. Of course this hotel is not up to date, but you have 2 rooms and either a terrace or 2 cute balconies. In general the furnishings are rather older, old Greek style... For us it had a lot of flair and we would definitely come back. The welcome and care was very warm. Lila, one of the dogs, kept coming by to say hello, which we as animal lovers were very happy about. Since this hotel is on a hill with a view of the sea (from all balconies), there are a few steps. Anyone expecting an elevator should probably book a holiday in the Maldives or something similar. Our rooms were clean. We were always helped with questions. We were even given toothpaste that we ran out of for the last 2 days... We have nothing to complain about.

Appartment was closed when we turned up. Contatcted Ebookers who said that the owner would leave a key out, they didn't. Had to book alternative accomodation, Ebookers were no help and wouldn't refund even though the appartment was closed.

Das war das unbequemste Bett, in dem ich jemals lag, konnte daher nicht wirklich viel oder gut schlafen und war ziemlich müde die Tage über, 5 Nächte ging grade so aber länger hätte ich das nicht ausgehalten. Klopapier gabs nur 2 Rollen, sodass wir uns am 4. Tag neue kaufen mussten, am letzten Tag brachte das personal dann mal neue. Auf den Bildern war außerdem ein Pool, den gab es nicht. Der Kühlschrank tropfte und ließ sich nicht wirklich schließen.
Die Aussicht war trotzdem mega.
Außerdem ist es nicht für Menschen geeignet die schlechter zu Fuß sind, die Treppen sind extrem anstrengend

We have been there for 16 days so far, for this money it really is a dream, the balcony is huge with the complete view of Stalis Chersonissos and Malia sea and mountains 😍 we will travel there every year for a month ... the apartment is really recommended, great location, beach, close to supermarkets, shopping mile, everything very close ... it's really worth it ♥️

Kudos to the person who posted the real photos of this s**thole, the official ones are of a different resort, Heliotrope looks nothing like the photos the owners have posted. The latest reviews reflect the standard offered. Make sure you read them before booking this awful place. Doesn't even deserve one star!

Not even worthy of one star. Discrimination against disabled people, dishonest in their description of access and unwilling to offer a refund for disabled people who are unable to even reach reception. People BEWARE this is not a disabled friendly resort and frankly are extremely unhelpful in offering refunds.
