My husband and I spent a week at Cactus Royal in October. I honestly can not find any fault. We arrived very late and were greeted checked in and a gentleman took us and our cases to our room and showed us how the aircon etc worked. Food throughout the stay was fantastic, plenty to choose and always fresh and hot. Room excellent and perfectly clean, cleaned regularly and tea and coffee replenished daily. Pools lovely plenty of room and sun beds always available and clean (perhaps a little cold). Rooms quiet and never disturbed. A la carte meals (we were given vouchers and booked all free for free) was absolutely amazing food was delicious. We had the best week and highly recommend

Samen met onze jongste dochter van 17 een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit mooie all inclusive hotel. Het heeft ons in alle dagen aan niks ontbroken. Personeel was lief, attent en behulpzaam ondanks einde seizoen. Eten was op alle momenten voortreffelijk en afwisselend.

Had a great pedicure from Anja today. Will be showing off my feet for the rest of my vacation.;) A little foot massage would have made the experience even more lovely, but Anja really was such a friendly, professional and kind nail technician that I can only leave five stars. :)

Schöne Hotelanlage, sehr gut gepflegt und gegliedert, super freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, hervorragende Küche, klasse Spa mit professionellem Physioteam, schöner Wellness-Bereich, Lage nur 100 m zum Strand, zahlreiche Geschäfte in der Nähe, etwa 30 Minuten Transferzeit vom Flughafen.

Spa service and reception very welcoming, Anja Was amazing! Hotel staff very helpful. The facilities are kept really clean. A good choice of food in the restaurant. My daughter enjoys the gym. She loves how big it is and there is loads of machines.

Sehr schönes Hotel nur für Erwachsene. Schönes, großes Zimmer, drei Pools, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen, inklusive ist einmal pro Woche der Besuch im a la carte Restaurant Elia auf der Dachterrasse. Im Spabereich sehr schöne Massage von Antonis und Stella. Nachteilig empfand ich die Verwendung von Pappgeschirr in der Taverne und von Plastikbechern im Spa. Diesen Müll könnte man vermeiden.
