Nice modern hotel in a great location. Couple of things we didn’t like: 1. Didn’t think the food was great. So much so that we downgraded from all inclusive to bed and breakfast which was expensive for me but preferable to eating at the hotel all the time. 2. We had a triple room for me and my wife and 16 year old son. Room was very modern but didn’t like the lay out. If I needed to use bathroom or toilet I had to go into the part of the room my son was sleeping in. The separation isn’t particularly private either. 3. Used to bring you drinks to the pool that you had ordered and by the time they’d collected all the orders and then had all the drinks made the ice had melted. They need a better more personal service for waitering outside. All in all nice hotel in a great location but probably wouldn’t stay again. All in all a nice hotel

Tout était parfait. Architecture originale, qualité de la cuisine, des cocktails. Gentillesse de l ensemble des salariés, notamment à la réception, et à l animation. Le spa est très bien. La plage est jolie.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We stayed at the I resort on November 2nd for 7 nights. The side sea view room offered a good view of the pool, beach, and sea, all of which were cleaned daily. The food was good with a wide selection. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the warm and friendly staff, particularly four members: the lovely Emmanouela in the restaurant, who went above and beyond with her customer service not only to us but to all the guests, Cristina, Maria, and the Mai Tai Cocktail King Antonio, who introduced my partner to this cocktail. We enjoyed our stay.

Un personnel aux petits soins et un très bel environnement. Je recommande les chambres vue mer ! L'hotel est facile d'accès depuis Heraklion. Il est possible de faire de jolies promeande sur le front de mer à pied depuis l'hôtel. C'est l'idéal pour se ressourcer et se détendre ! Et bravo encore à toute l'équipe de l'hotel.

Très bon séjour avec une météo clémente, permettant de nombreuses activités, en particulier promenades et baignade en mer. La piscine n’était plus chauffée en novembre. Personnel très sympathique, hôtel et prestations de qualités. Les buffets, très bons, se ressemblaient souvent de jour en jour néanmoins. Je recommande.

Ce que nous avons aimé : Le gentillesse et l'accueil du personnel. Nous sommes venus avec notre bébé de 7 mois et tout le personnel à été au petit soin . Toujours un mot, toujours un sourire. Mention speciale pour la dame a l'accueil du restaurant et pour ma barmaid préférée. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine . Hotel bien décoré et propre . Ce que nous avons moins apprécié : Devoir réserver pour le hammam et sauna qui sont relativement grand. Ce n'est pas l'esprit d'être vacances de devoir réserver cela enlevé de la spontanéité. Dommage pas de piscine chauffé. Salle de sport avec machines obsolètes.

Super hôtel, on ne s’ennuie pas. Il y a pleins d’activités (tennis, fléchette..) à faire ! Le personnel est super gentil ! Dommage, la piscine n’est pas chauffée. Chambre RAS, propre. Il y a une super vue sur la mer. La nourriture est excellente, il y a beaucoup de choix.

Nous sommes venues en novembre avec une amie, nous avons réservé avec Voyage Privé, et c’était incroyable, l’hôtel propose différent type d’activités on ne s’y ennuie jamais, beaucoup d’animation, et le personnel est extra, ils sont serviables et très sympathique. On y mange également très bien. La piscine est cependant non chauffée, c’est dommage de ne pas en profiter.. Les massages y sont également biens. Et les chambres très belles
