Благодарим за то, что наш долгожданный отпуск запомнился приятными впечатлениями. У нас с женой это был первый визит в Грецию, и особенно приятно, что наш временный дом - I Resort Beach Hotel & SPA - оказался таким уютным, красивым местом. Мы почувствовали заботу о себе уже на ресепшн, со знакомства с администратором. Нам предложили улучшенный номер, это очень порадовало. Просторный номер с видом на море вдохновлял нас каждый день. Важно отметить чистоту, хорошую уборку, качественную косметику. Также приятно порадовал главный ресторан, завтраки каждый день и 2 ужина нас восхитили, было очень вкусно. Также ужинали в ресторане Bliss - вкуснейший ужин, подача, атмосфера и вид на закат - остались приятные воспоминания и красивые фото. Также спасибо за чистый красивый пляж, это очень ценно. Прекрасный отель, вежливый и дружелюбный персонал, готовый всегда пойти навстречу. Спасибо, с радостью приедем к вам снова!

Fabulous hotel, excellent staff who are on hand to help you with the smallest of requests, great facilities, delightful food every evening, most relaxing holiday we all had in a long time, would highly recommend this hotel especially the spa.

Eine gute Unterkunft mit einigen Mängeln im Detail:
- Es gibt beim Frühstück ausschließlich Filterkaffee, der in einer Karaffe vom Personal gebracht wird;
- Die Toiletten“tür“ im Zimmer ist immer einen großen Spalt offen, sodass man im Zimmer alles hören kann;
- das Shampoo und Duschgel wird nicht hinreichend verlässlich im Zimmer aufgestellt;
- es befanden sich Ameisen auf dem Fußboden
- es laufen am Pool jeden Tag die gleichen Lieder.
Davon abgesehen kann das Hotel aber auch in vielerlei Hindicht überzeugen, insbesondere:
- die Aussicht ist top, gerade auch beim Essen,
- der Pool ist groß mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer,
- das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strandabschnitt.
Ob einem das am Ende das Geld wert ist, kann jeder selbst entscheiden.

Super modern hotel with stylish rooms.
Very friendly staff and top service everywhere.
Rooms and all hotel facilities are in top condition and also super clean.
There was a big and tasty variety of foods served in the main restaurant and it was always re-filled. Only critique is that as it was kept warm it wasn't that hot.
The beach area is nice, but not too big, so that the sunbeds stand quite close to each other. There are also too less sunbeds so that you really have to reserve one early in the morning, a thing I usually never do.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the I Resort, and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is not a 5 star! The entrance and lobby look amazing but once you get passed this the pool areas, the hallways and lifts are tired in need of repair plus in some areas dirty. The pool had green algae on the steps and chipped tiles. The food is average and lots of choice but the Al a carte is the same food as the buffet. The all inclusive food finishes at 2130 and no food available or snacks available after that. Drinks finish at 12 not idea of a 5 star inclusive. On a positive note the bar manager is very hard working, efficient and friendly plus makes very good cocktails. Would we return......no.

Ich war alleine als Frau unterwegs und habe mich im und ums Hotel sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Es hat alles gepasst. Der Transfer mit Taxi vom Flughafen wurde im Vorfeld vom Hotel organisiert und man hatte mich schon erwartet. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 4. Stock mit traumhafter Meersicht. Schade war, dass ich in meinem Zimmer keine Sonne auf dem Balkon hatte. Alles war sehr sauber. Leider war das Wasser im Swimming Pool kalt, um einige Grade kälter als das Meer, so dass ich diesen wunderbaren Pool nur einmal benutzt habe. Was ich als störend empfand war der Umstand, dass die Lüftung in der Toilette ununterbrochen lief. Einerseits störte es etwas meinen Schlaf andererseits empfand ich es Umwelt technisch als Unsinn. Ich habe mich vergewissert, dass es kein Defekt sondern Normalzustand war.
Das Bett war wunderbar eine super Matratze von guter Qualität. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und die Sicht aufs Meer vom Frühstücksraum aus war grandios. Der Service war so herzlich, danke Emmanouela und Rondoula für die kurzen Gespräche jeden Morgen Ihr ward mein Sonnenschein!!
Ich habe 2 wunderbare Kretische Massagen genossen auch hier ein Top Service. Danke dem ganzen Team.
Alles in allem habe ich mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Preis für Alleinreisende entspricht praktisch dem Preis für 2 Personen daher war es für mich alleine ein relativ teurer Urlaub aber er war es wert!!

um Wiederholungen zu vermeiden nur eine kurze Zusammenfassung: -sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter -direkte Strandlage (keine Straße) -eigener beschrankter Parkplatz für Mietwagen -moderne aber kühle, ungemütliche und vor allem unpraktische Einrichtung (wenig Ablagen, Schrankplatz, Schubfächer, kaum Licht im Bad...) -nur rudimentäre (Alibi) Sauna/Ruheraum/Dampfbad, insbes. für ein Hotel mit Spa im Namen -nervige DauerBeschallung überall -Essen Durchschnitt (5* ?), zum Saisonende spürbare Einschränkungen. Allerdings auch großzügiger Rabatt auf Getränke an Tisch und Bar (normal sehr teuer)

My wife and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate her birthday. Due to problems at Athens airport, we arrived late, check-in was simple and we were given a sea view room. The room was large, it had a large bed, TV, safe, fridge (soft drinks), coffee machine, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, very modern shower with various settings and a bottle of wine with two glasses. The bathroom sink was unusual as it did not have mirror or held the water thus making a wet shave difficult. As it was low season, there was only the buffet restaurant and the main bar that was open. There was plenty of choices with the food and drinks. The service was excellent and attentive, especially by Stella who kept everybody’s glasses filled. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping team kept the hotel in tip top condition. Karina was the Animator who organised her daily sports and social activities, the best one for us was the Folklore dancing team. The hotel had a modest gym consisting of running machines, bike, cross trainers and a multigym that I used daily in the morning. Due to the low season, the town was deserted and shops closed, it was like a ghost town. We enjoyed our walks in town and along the empty beach. This was our first visit to Crete and we enjoyed it, we met some really wonderful people during our stay. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return soon. NB: Each room is charged a tourist tax. Taxi fares can be expensive to/from the airport, so book in advance.
