Hotel is very clean, lovely hotel room was spacious with bath and over bath shower Lovely clean bed linen Breakfast had lots of choice with lovely selection of fresh fruit, cereals and buffet hot breakfast only downside was you had to oder fried eggs We had balcony Riverside room, which was lovely to watch the swans down the river outside Riverside terrace was lovely to sit and have a drink, also bar and lounge areas inside very nice although bar drinks quite pricey Would recommend staying and would stay again

Breakfast should have been served until 10 am. We got into the restaurant 9.15 and there was hardly anything left, One spoonful of scrambled egg which I had to gather from around the pan for my husband - none for me, no bacon, no sausage, no hash brown or tomato. They did have beans!! Having asked and waited, we got a bit of bacon and some sausages that were so hard we could hardly cut them!! Then , at 10am they asked us to leave the room because they had to get it ready for something else. Our bedroom was ok but there was a skylight in the roof and the sun came flooding in just after 4 am so I didn’t sleep. Waste of time having black out curtains at the window when you don’t cover the skylight. The teaspoons on the dressing table had not been washed. The shower was nice but the water came out all over the floor - our friends had the same in their room. All in all not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay there again. I did mention all of this to the reception guy but he just smiled at me. Not sure if he spoke English!

Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!🥲 I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!😁😁👍👍 The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities 🍵 The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! ☀️ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10
