We have just come home from a week's holiday here. Sadly, we were extremely disappointed. We paid for a silver cabin (just over £1100 for the week) which was fine, it was generally clean (ish) and big enough for the 4 of us. I'm not sure if we were a little naive to the self catering element but there's no tea/coffee provided and we were a little shocked that there wasn't even any hand wash in the bathroom, no washing up liquid (or sponge) and no towels. (We had to pay an extra £15 for towels). Bedding is provided but the beds were unmade when we arrived, the sheets are not fitted which makes life a bit harder when making the beds. The mattress in the master bedroom was too big for the bed frame so the mattress hung over the edge of the bed. The oven is old, the markings have rubbed off and there is no instruction manual so we just had to turn the knobs and guess, we only used it once as it didn't feel particularly safe. We were hoping to make use of the pool but we only booked into a session once as the pool is just gross. The whole pool area is grubby, there is mould all round the edge of the pool and there aren't any shower facilities which meant we had to wrap our kids in towels and shiver our way back to the cabin to get showered and changed. We didn't go back! The restaurant is small, we ate there on the first night and didn't go back as the prices were a bit steep for very average food and it took ages for it to come out. The bar/entertainment area is very dated and the toilets in the bar area are disgusting, smelly and unclean. The play park is alright but very old and small. My husband took the girls one evening and a fight broke out between some other guests so we avoided after that! The whole place is just a bit old, rough and grubby to be honest, not worth over £1000 for the week. A couple of positives were: - the kids entertainment in the evening, my girls (3yo and 5yo) enjoyed it. - the bus stop outside reception that takes you to st ives. It was £10 for a family day ticket. Other than that we were really disappointed and we definitely will not be returning.

We have just come back from a lovely stay at St Ives Holiday Village. The staff were fantastic, went above and beyond, Particularly Christine and Esther. The village is set in a lovely wooded location and is well kept. I can highly recommend the hot tub lodges, very clean and tidy. We had a fantastic stay and have booked to come again next year! Thank you again for a super stay! 😊 Stacey, Steve and Edward x

The setting is beautiful, all the accommodation is set in Woodland, lots of trees and greenery, and the site seems very well kept and tidy. There are woodland walks feom the site too, and lots of rabbits and squirrels etc running about, lovely! We stayed in a 3 bed gold with hot tub. Cleanliness could've been better, particularly the decking area outside and the floors in the caravan, but once we'd given it a clean it was great. The hot tub was amazing! Absolutely loved it and used it loads! The swimming pool we only used once, as its very dated and needs a really good clean. The lifeguards were super fun and friendly though! The play park is in desperate need of updating aswell, not good at all. The restaurant is tiny and needs booking, so we did'nt use it. The clubhouse is very dated on the outside but it looks like improvements have been made inside. However the toilets are AWFUL, they stink, its really horrible, and some of the toilets are just leaking all over the floor, not good at all. The amusements are tiny, dated and expensive. They were often empty which says it all really. The entertainment team are all lovely, Dane was amazing! Absolutely brilliant! The reception seemed to be closed most of the week, but the staff I did speak to there were really lovely and helpful! If you are looking for a good base to explore that area of Cornwall, and aren't too bothered about the main facilities then this place is ideal!

As a family of 4, 2 children, 1x15 yr old, 1x5 yr old the park is perfect! I was put off at first by reviews however I feel these were very unfair, the manager is brilliant, couldn’t do enough for you, the staff absolutely incredible! 5* from us. We will be back x

Stayed for 7 days in a chalet on the grounds which were set in the lovely woodlands, the chalet was up to expectations and we had no issues. The main positive point from this week has to be the bar and entertainment staff, Toby the bar manager was absolutely amazing and was always ready to help especially with the children and the arcades, and even got involved in some of our insides jokes and helped to play a prank one of us it was fantastic and will definitely return! Toby again if you read this you were fantastic thanks for helping to put my partners phone inside the vending machine ive never laughed so hard!😂

What a brilliant stay yet again. The parks really coming up a level and I’m really excited for the renovations of the main building as this desperately needs it but everything else is great! Christina is really something with her amazing attitude she leads the team from the front and chips in wherever she is so I want to say thanks as always to her and the team. Looking forward to next year and hopefully the new buildings being done as well!
