St. Ives Holiday Village

We stayed four nights in this fantastic location from start to finish the staff were more than helpful, friendly amd very informative. The price was fantastic. We booked a gold Lodge and it was a real home from home, it was far better than we were expecting, warm and very cosy. It's central location meant we could easily get out and about to see everything we wanted to and more. We would without a doubt stay here again thank to all the team, for making our stay memorable, specially the reception team and Scott who was a fantastic bingo caller all round entertainer.

Fantastic customer service Review of St. Ives Holiday Village Reviewed yesterday Absolutely fantastic park, the staff make the park even better. So friendly! In particular a young man named Caleb (apologies if not spelt correctly). Upon moving into our fantastic accommodation we discovered the TV wasn’t working. With 5 SEND children this would be very difficult for my family, we gave reception a quick call and Caleb turned up with a friendly, kind demeanour, tried and failed to fix the TV unfortunately but instead of just leaving it went out of his way to bring us a smart TV and spent time with us to get it working set it up to Wi-Fi and set us up with the Wi-Fi password. With a family with neurodivergent children this was MASSIVELY helpful. He was kind, gentle with a lovely manner. What really surprised me though was that when we incidentally crossed paths the following day he went out of his way to say hello to us and to also ask us If the tv was still working for us and where we happy with it as it was. Absolutely fantastic customer service! I was shocked to hear this young man was new to the maintenance team as you’d definitely not have known it! Scott the entertainer again absolutely brilliant this year and lovely to see him again. The reception very friendly, shop staff friendly, bar staff again friendly! Accommodation fantastic warm clean comfortable and a great sofa and bed! We will definitely be back again! Thank you all 😁 still here still having a lovely time. ♥️ 1 recommendation! If you have young children bring a stair gate. You can’t hire them on site but you’ll need one if staying in a Swiss style lodge.

Wish I could give this park 10 stars!! Honestly we have been visiting for the last 5 years and we have had nothing but exceptional service here, the staff are all amazing (special mention to Christina), and the park is spotless. We always stay in the lodges as they are so spacious and very home from home, to the point that we never want to leave!! The kids love the swimming pool agree it does need updating but over the years they have done so much to the park im sure that’s next on the list!! The entertainment is perfect for the kids, and the food served is always lovely and fresh. The park is close to St Ives and easy access to the trains too. Honestly book now you won’t be disappointed!
