The room was beautiful, clean. It has coffee, a variety of teas, milk and water bottles.
Breakfast very good variety. Fresh fruit, juice, cereals and full breakfast, omelette and fish to choose from.
The couple was friendly and welcoming.

Wir können dieses Guesthouse voll und ganz empfehlen! Die Gastgeber sind reizend und bemühen sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Lage oberhalb des Stadtzentrums und nahe an einem öffentlichen (kostenpflichtigen) Parkplatz ist prima. Das Haus liegt ruhig und in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Charlotte and Gavin were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great! The location was fantastic, parking was a bit tricky in busy council carparks but this is a St. Ives problem and not related to property. Overall a lovely experience, and we would reccomend it.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful room with the most amazing sea view! Beautiful bay windows that allows you to enjoy the view to the fullest. The hosts are wonderful and really welcoming. Great quality breakfast as well with many choices for cooked options.

Beautiful place, great food, thoughtful hosts
Beautiful and comfortable guesthouse very near the heart of St Ives. My hosts were lovely and friendly, the food delicious and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches (e.g. gluten-free bars provided for me in my room). I really recommend this guesthouse.
