Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

City Hills Resort the first one you should to stay in Srinagar because the place is beautiful, room and washroom very clean, comfortable like home and food is testy. The owner very kind and there near dal lake, Nishahr gardent and easy to go there by walk it’s convenient and safe

Ideally located just a minutes walk from the boutique hotel is the famous Dal lake. Just 10 rooms though this places is very neat and clean and kept in a nice way. Food also is exceptional as we booked the room on MAP basis. Room 601 is spacious with a balcony entry and bathrooms are very clean. Staff is very courteous and the owner Mr. Rafiq is so helpful in every way, so also his son at the reception. They go all out to help you incase you have any need either it is information or any other need. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who looks for a peaceful stay in Srinagar.

we stayed here for 3 nights. it was the best hotel among the places we stayed during our kashmir tour. i really recommend this hotel. it had hot water supply in the washroom and had everything to be comfortable in that place.

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms. Amazing hospitality and kindness from all the staff, owner Refeeq and our host Yawar. Delicious food with amazing service. Enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Highly recommended place if you are visiting srinagar.

Amazing service, wonderful staff. You can customise food, esp with kids. Room is spacious and very warm. The food taste is amazing and the staff is very helpful, can accomodate all your requests. The food cooked like Paratha, upma, poha, paneer dishes were amazing.

The management of the hotel is extremely unprofessional. We were told the distance of the hotel from dal lake is 1 min by walking, which turned out to be about 10 min. There is no fixed rate, I payed 6.5k for a room and just one day later, my friend stayed in the same room for 5k. We were promised a balcony, which was never opened. No heating facility was given even with an air conditioning in the same room. Rooms were okaay but the flush wasn't working. In our absence, they took out pillows from our bed. Overall, it seemed like we are staying at the owner's room and the fact that we payed a heavy rent was forgotten. My recommendation is stay in this hotel only after clearing everything before the advanced payment with the owner. Make sure, everything is as per what he promised, otherwise just leave.

Honestly the best place to stay at in all regards, first things first the guest house is located at a stunning location, Zabarwan Hills on one side and famous Dal Lake on the other side. The rooms are exquisite, service top rate, food is excellent and above all the owner of the guest house is professional to the core. All the best guys.
