The hotel is clean and well-maintained. I stayed on the 2nd floor with the window overlooking a pretty view with a pond, a walking path around it, lots of Canadian geese and ducks and a spacious outdoor patio. The room is large and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Having a microwave and fridge is definitely a plus. The AC is working well and easy to adjust. There is coffee and iced tea by the front desk which is very nice to have on a hot summer day. Samantha and the rest of the staff are amazing, helpful and are great to work with my requests. Breakfast is okay. There were times some food were running out but very understandable. It is the weekend of the State Fair and the hotel is at full capacity. The staff did try their best to replenish quickly. I will be staying here again whenever I am in Springfield.

It served it's purpose. I would definitely use this hotel again. The breakfast was the best Ive ever seen had a hotel and the guy serving and preparing the food was extremely thoughtful and nice. The staff at the front desk was very nice.

I was in town for the Honor Flight in April. The hotel was suggested as the place to stay. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. No problems sleeping. Breakfast was a bit, well, odd. They are remodeling, and breakfast was moved to what I think was a small meeting room. Presentation of food was not great, not many places to sit either. Food was "typical" sausage, eggs, breads, pastries, coffee, milk, etc. The only thing is - all of the warm food was done in the microwave - right across the hall in another meeting room. The workers were carrying back and forth bags of eggs and such. All around, poor planning for a hotel that is award-winning. I would stay again for the room - but be ready to eat breakfast out!

We were last at this about 8 yrs ago. Decided to give it another try this trip after disapointing experience at the Crowne Plaza last week. We were overwhelmed by how exceptional our stay was, from the staff, the cleanliness, comfort of the bed and pillows. The pool was so clean and a good temperature. There is nothing that have could improve our stay!

Inside and out of the facility was very clean. Some remodeling going on but did not affect our stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and staff kept up with available food choices.
