The hotel is about 600 meters away from Central Station, but this section of the journey is uphill, so it is a bit tiring to walk.
There is a Woolworths about 300 meters away from the hotel. St. John's Church and the starting point of the 445 bus to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary are also nearby. Queen Street and the City Hall can be reached on foot.
