The space is very compact. We just stayed for a short stay, so it was OK for two nights. The location is very good. It is very close to the station and CBD, which is convenient. It is highly recommended if you stay for 1-2 nights.

It's a great value for money. The facilities and cleanliness aren't 100% satisfactory, but considering the price, everything is forgivable. It's not bad for a person to stay for a few days. A picture of a cat greeting you at the cafe on the first floor.

The hotel staff is professional, positive and polite.
The room is a bit small, there is no elevator, and you have to climb stairs to the 2nd floor.
The location is very good, not far from Queen Street, Central Station and Rome Train Station.

Good location for travel, in the city center, close to various attractions, we checked out very early and were informed of the check-out method in advance, quiet at night, not far from the airport by car, and one of the few free parking spaces indoors

This hotel was nice enough and Ming was very nice and accommodating when I needed to check in a bit earlier. Location-wise, it is directly opposite where all of the charities pull up to offer food to the homeless in the morning and evening. It didn't feel super safe as a solo female traveller, because of this and also because there are no deadlocks/ chains on the door to help with an additional layer of security (one of the staff walked straight in on me in a towel even though I shouted not to). There is no restaurant/ place to get breakfast or dinner in the hotel but the place next door was quite nice.
