Pros: Excellent location, very friendly staff, and all the necessary amenities in the room.
Cons: The room is not well shaded so it is very bright in the morning, there are few parking spaces and they are far from the entrance, and I don't understand why there is a staircase at the back but it cannot be used.

There's nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but didn't I mention that Ctrip didn't warn me about the lack of an elevator?
The worst part was the hilly road to the hotel, which was incredibly tiring!

I was able to check in after 8pm. Email replies were quick and polite. The room walls were thin and not great, but it was cheap so it was okay.

Very conveniently located close to Roma St Station (5mins walk) for trains - including trains to the airport.
Rooms are well-equipped and clean and the receptionist is very helpful. There are no communal areas in the hotel. Note that check-in closes at 8pm.
