Shout out to Sarraya Berish for introducing us to Main Stay Suites! Everything was simply perfect. Rooms are not only comfortable but spotless which always pleases us. We found all the employees polite and helpful. Thanks to Sarraya we will be highly recommending Main Stay Suites to all our friends.

The staff at Mainstays in Spokane was excellent, starting with Justin the General Manager who picked us up at the airport AND checked out our air-conditioner for us, which was an operator error, not the unit. :) Michelle and Mercedes took care of us at the Front Deck and were personable, capable, and helpful! Brandy hosted and prepared a wonderful, real breakfast that is complimentary and Russ was a jack-of-all trades maintenance guy who had a bright smile and friendly. Booking again soon to enjoy a clean, great place.

My husband and I travel often with our Standard Poodle and Vizsla. We choose our hotels carefully as our dogs are like our kids and often cleaner than kids! This hotel is at the top of our list. Clean rooms , comfortable beds, a lovely breakfast, clean, cool workout area, and nice clean well kept grassy area to walk and play with your pets. They also make it so easy for pet owners to clean up after their pets with scoop bag stands, and garbage throughout the grounds. That’s probably the only thing I find frustrating, is other travellers who just let their dogs rip, and they don’t clean up the waste. I usually grab bags when I’m there and clean things up myself, as we play in that area and it’s very unsanitary. But , quite honestly this is not the hotels fault. So please , if you’re a dog traveller, clean up after your pet, so that you don’t ruin things for all of us🙏. Otherwise , Mainstay management and staff, thankyou so very much from us all. We have been and will be back in future🐾🐾❤️

What a lovely stay. Room was really clean and huge I loved that a lot. The workers were really nice and in the morning she worked hard to keep tables clean and food put out I loved this hotel just crappy location but I would stay again Hardly heard airplanes just loud from kids jumping / stomping above

Had the best stay! No issues! Clean room! William Harris @front desk was amazing!! Went up & beyond customer service skills by making us fresh cookies (after hrs) cause we were starving after our long flight!

Tried Mainstay based on high ratings and I can tell you it was THE BEST value I've ever had. Responsive concierge, functioning pool and hot tub (seems like those never work), and absolutely immaculate room- toilets, sinks, beds, table tops, not a speck of dust or crumb lying around. Quality silky smooth bedsheets. The room is used for extended stays so there was a full size fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, everything. We didn't need all that but if I ever need a longer stay, would definitely recommend it. I had to borrow a wrench to untwist my engine oil cap, and was lent one with no questions asked. The hot breakfast buffet was all you could ask for and more. Again, near perfect experience and I'm going to check this company I'd never heard of first from now on. I received a little care package for joining the free rewards program, and they accommodated a late check out at 1pm for me no problem (do check first, but they were again very responsive over the phone).
