It’s a great place, run by a lovely manager called Ana, who is so thoughtful, helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

It was the worst hotel. First of all, there was no sign, so it was impossible to find.
With the help of an old lady hanging out laundry nearby, we unlocked the abandoned building and found the sign on the second floor door for the first time.
Finally, the manager came after 45 minutes after I called.
The bed was too small for two guys to sleep on, so I asked for a sofa bed and asked for sheets, but they said that it would be for three people, so I would have to pay for another person's stay.

In split, most of them are famous hotels, not hotels. This one is also a converted private house. No front desk and no service. The room was okay, but it was only 4 stars for a B&B, not a 4 star for a professional hotel.

Nous avions réservé 3 jours pour 2 personnes dans cet établissement en juin 2020 pour 344 euros. A cause de la pandémie et de l'interdiction de voyager nous avons dû annuler. Bien que cet événement ne soit ni de notre ressort ni de celui de l’hôtel, l’hôtel nous a imposé une pénalité de la moitié et nous a donné un avoir de 165 euros valable 1 an. Cet avoir n'a pas pu être utilisé car les restrictions à voyager ont perduré jusqu'à il y a peu. Maintenant que nous pouvons voyager, l’hôtel Pietra Rosa décide qu'il ne nous doit rien bien que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser leur établissement et que cela n'est pas de notre fait. Nous trouvons ces manières de faire malhonnête. Un remboursement ou un avoir de la moitié de nos 344 euros valable 1 an après la fin des restrictions aurait été juste. Ce n'est pas leur manière de faire commerce. Dommage. Avec les incertitudes international je vous conseille d'etre plus prudent avec les annulations qui ne sont pas de votre fait.

Great host and clean room
Excellent location. Easy walk to attractions and the waterfront where you can take a ferry to different islands. A supermarket is right around the corner for added convenience. The room was very clean, air conditioning was good and the shower was strong. The host was very attentive and helpful. The prior arrangement for check in was clearly given and straightforward. Communication via WhatsApp was good and promptly responded. Overall, a good stay.
