In total, I really recommend this hotel. The staff was nice and provided me some recommended restraints. The room was clean and looks quite new. The location was also good.

The location is good! Pretty close to the old town and the sea.

The room was stunning and very clean. We were fortunate to have the room with a south facing balcony, which was a heat trap. It is situated in a very central area with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants near by. The things which let the room down was the bang average speed WiFi, that once several folk throughout the hotel were on went pretty slow, which is sometimes the case. The TV brand is Grundig, which I never heard of and is not got any smart settings. There is an option to project your phone/ipad to it. The only issue is if the Internet is slow then it sometimes won't recognise... Get new TVs! Communication could be improved, the gentlemen who checked us in said to contact him with any queries, I did so and had no reply. They could do with a system to drop off used towels and collect new clean towels from the reception area of the hotel. Hopefully this constructive feedback will be acted on as it is minors things as mentioned above that are lowering the overall experience for fellow guests.

Service is very good specially Toma which is very helpful to us. Room is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended and the place is very near in the centre. Place also safe even late night.

Booked through Easy Jet. Supposedly a boutique hotel but no breakfast. Arrived 29/5/25 Definitely Airbnb. Key card under mat. Room itself fine. Good location BUT. No one on site - don’t answer phone. When we got in someone asked to photograph passport Tv not working - was going to be sorted Returned to room - no one been as remote still in same place Bed not made - that’s a first having travelled the world Bin not emptied Coffee sachets / milk not replaced Towels not changed This is NOT a hotel. Is not even a serviced room. Cannot recommend other than location

A bit of a shaky start but overall a great place to stay. Would not be suitable for those who struggle with stairs. Pros: - Fantastic location very close to Diocletian’s palace, old town and riva waterfront. Easy walking distance to train and bus stations and ferry port. Just over 15 min walk to the nearest beach. - Rooms nicely decorated and well appointed with fridge, kettle, safe, reverse cycle A/C - Great shower! - Comfy bed - Appreciated the info provided by whatsapp with useful recommendations for local restaurants, breakfast spots and historical places of interest, museums, and tour booking. Cons: - Was at first a little hard to find the entrance in the dark and through a gate. - The building was unmanned, reception door locked, no lights on. Mild panic set in. Ended up calling the hotel number I found on google, they said they would get a colleague to call me back, which they did with instructions to a lock box to gain entry. We booked through easyJet who could have provided instructions on the check in process in advance to avoid the anxiety of finding the place all locked up with no one home - Rooms are a little tight on space with nowhere to store suitcase once emptied. Just ended up rolling it around the room to access the desk, kettle, wardrobe etc. - Booked 2 superior rooms with balcony but only one of the rooms we were assigned had a balcony and the accommodation was fully booked so didn’t see the point in asking to change. This was however an upgraded room which incurred an extra charge on booking - so we didn’t get what we paid for. - Not enough pillows, asked for an extra one each but told this wasn’t possible. - One room was on top floor with sloping ceilings would not be suitable for my 6’4” husband - gave that room to the teens!
