No one at the check-in counter. You have to call in advance and find out how to check in. And the hotel where I check in is quite far away. There is no elevator. The inside of the accommodation is clean and warm.

Avoid this place if you want a decent night’s sleep and value for money! Perhaps unlucky that our visit coincided with the Ultra Music Festival however hosts did nothing to stop late night parties in adjacent rooms/litter in corridors etc. room small and decor scuffed - far from luxury I’m afraid. Location may be handy but not a nice part of town. Hosts completely ignored all complaints.

Une nuit en famille avec deux ado dans un canapé lit minuscule, l'extérieur n'a pas été nettoyé, mégots de cigarettes par terre et reste de nourriture, cuvette de toilette cassé heureusement qu'on nous a pas compté les frais de ménage.
Le plus que je pourrais dire c'est la literie du lit principal.

Der kontakt mit der Agentur war ok, sehr bemüht und nett! Das wars dann auch schon mit den positiven sachen .. das was ich gebucht habe und das was wir bekommen haben waren 2 verschiedene paar schuhe 😅 .. zb gebucht wurden 2 einzelbetten bekommen haben wir ein doppelbett .. das bett war wirklich nicht das bequemste.. ebenso war das zimmer leider alles andere als sauber und schön .. vorhang abgerissen .. sofa fleckig .. sand im bett wie das auch immer dahin kommt 🙂↕️ … blutfleck auf polster …. Das schönste an der Unterkunft ist der gang und die Orchidee 🥲

Clean and comfortable
Very nice, clean with working AC. Kind staff eager to help with anything. Quiet. Close to the city center. The only downside was the lack of plates and cuttlery so difficult making breakfast Would gladly return.
