Nice staff, can arrange assistance to carry luggages to the room as there are no elevator.
Apart from average hygiene, the location is excellent, and the price is reasonable.

You have to check in at Prima , 3rd floor unused, vacant shopping centre with smashed doors , you then receive a key card for the property 300 meters away. First impressions of the building are not good , dilapidated building that houses different apartment blocks all starting with "luxury" which they are not. The forecourt is filled with bins overflowing with rubbish, You enter the building and the smell is horrible, no lift , 3 flight of stairs to Nirvana Rooms. Entering the block there are four or 5 , numbered apartments There is a sideboard of drawers in the hallway with room spray , enough said. Dont be fooled by the photos with the balcony , it is not like this! The apartments smelled of damp. The blinds on the velux windows are in dire need of replacing. The walls are filthy, the cushions on the bed , stained. We were there for one night only. It is close the the promise and palace. I would not return and I would not recommend.

A hassle
The hotel is part of a building that’s on the third floor so if you have luggage get ready to carry it, they said they could help lift it, but I guess since I came late, they didn’t offer that anymore, there’s no parking anywhere on the property. You have to find it on the app called split parking but when you tried to pay for it, it said it was free. I woke up in the morning with the ticket on my car , very confusing , you have to check in down the street at their sister hotel (kind of an inconvenience if you have luggage and you got dropped off or something , the room had hair everywhere from the bathroom to bed to floor .. there’s no sign telling you where the hotel is , the lady at the front desk had to help me find it , she came to me and showed me where it was which was very nice of her . It wasn’t until you got to the 3rd floor where it says the name , how about having it outside ..

Tolle Lage, ein paar Meter nur von der historischen Altstadt entfernt, kurzer Weg zum Hafen. Süßes, sauberes Zimmer, die Matratzen sind für uns zu weich, aber jeder schläft anders. Toller Balkon. Ganz einfach zum Einchecken. Apt. liegt im 3. Stock, aber kein Problem. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.

In love with this property. Didn’t mind climbing up stairs to get to my room because it was so comfortable and had everything I needed. Made my visit much more enjoyable since I could have a good nights rest!

God beliggenhed, men snavset værelser.
God beliggenhed, ifht gåafstand til det hele, men også støj fra nattelivet. Kommer man i bil, er parkeringsforhold en kæmpe udfordring og dyrt.
Der var nullermænd, hår i køleskab, brusekabine, cigaret skoder på terassen som var virkelig beskidt og som heller ikke føltes sikker.

Smelly but clean place
The lady is very nice and keep the place very clean. I didn’t like a few things - The place has a very strong smell from her cooking but I asked her to keep the windows open and that reduced the smell. It didn’t fully get eliminated since she cooks daily but it was little better with keeping all windows open. She needs to buy a proper duvet since it had 2 old blankets and it’s cold at night. The blankets were little bit groused (see picture below). Also, the walking time to Old town is 18min not 10.
