Le Premier Luxury Rooms

the room was really nice and comfortable but the hallway stunk of fish everytime you walked up or down strairs. and the location of the apartment is not so good if you want to get a good nights sleep as there’s bars downstairs and they stay out drinking past 2am…but overall was a lovely room.

Great location - very central to the Palace area. Restaurants, bars and shops very close by. Apartment is managed remotely, so no one on site. Very clean and nice decor etc. Was very warm and we struggled to get the heat pump to work efficiently. Shower was great, there was an iron, hairdryer etc. We would stay here again.

My recent stay at Le Premier was an experience of pure indulgence and sophistication. Every detail, from the plush furniture to the tasteful decor, was meticulously chosen. The bed wasn't just comfortable; It was a haven of relaxation that embraced me after a day of exploring in Split. As a traveler who appreciates the beautiful things in life, I can easily say that Le Premier Luxury Rooms exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return and experience its magnificence once again.

This is not a hotel per se, it is one of two rooms on the remodeled third floor of an ancient building in the Old City part of Split. The ground floor is a pizzeria, the next floor up is an occupied private apartment, the next floor up(third floor) has been remodeled into two guest rooms (room 1&2, with separate entrances) and the top floor is another remodeled guest room (room 3). We stayed in Room 2. There is no vehicle access to the Old City, so you have to walk over cobblestones and through narrow streets and then up a narrow staircase - there is no elevator. This is a real pain with luggage. Also, the photos show a rooftop deck, but this is only accessible to Room 3. Our room (2) is a small room with three windows, each of which look out on stone walls which are just a couple of feet away - in other words, it’s basically a little cavern with no view. The bathroom door doesn’t close because it drags in the floor, so there is no privacy. The insulation is poor and you can hear the footsteps of the people in room 3, one floor up. Communication before check-in was poor. I got a request for my passport info 4 days before check-in and then the day before check-in they claimed not to have received it. By the morning of check-in, they had not sent me the PIN codes to access the room so I had to call and ask. I would not stay there again.

We booked five different rooms. One was with a top roof balcony (with jacuzzi). All were good, after renovation, well furnished with a modern design. No breakfast but lots of restaurants nearby. Great place in a heart of the Old Town. Great communication with the manager/owner.

Highly recommended, Beautiful room in a great location.Apartment is spotless with all facilities that you require.Very comfortable bed ..Toma your host is extremely helpful.When I return I will book the room with balcony to enhance my holiday.
