Divota Apartment Hotel

Divota is a little gem in central Split within a 10 minute walk of everything. There are multiple apartments situated with a few blocks. We were on the third floor but the reception staff was great and helped carry our heavy bags up. Our double twin room with balcony was spacious with a large shower and small balcony. The breakfast was lovely in the square. I would stay again!

We stayed here 4 nights to explore Split and surrounding areas. This is not a hotel, more like apartments, but they do staff the reception desk and they are very responsive. It is easy to reach here from the Split bus station/ferry piers, just a short Uber car ride. Reception helped with our luggage, as our apartment is a short distance down the alley. The "Yoga Garden" building. On the highest floor (note no elevator), with a nice small balcony. Our room was very spacious, with a small area that could be called a kitchenette (no stove or anything and no microwave). There are cups and glasses, plus a hot water kettle. Our room is super quiet and very clean. The bathroom is also spacious with a nice large shower with all the amenities provided. They provided beach towels, bath robes, and a in room safe. It is located just a short walk away from Old Town, and close to the waterfront. We found the location to be centralized and convenient. The apartment is close to so many restaurants, cafes, shopping. There is no restaurant on site, so for breakfast, we were given vouchers to enjoy at the location restaurant: Bajamonti. Breakfast is amazing!! Located in the Republic Square, it is simply gorgeous with view to the water. A sample breakfast: café latte, cappuccino, scrambled eggs, toast, side salad, acai bowl, freshly squeezed orange juice, croissant. A+ accommodation. Is there room for improvement? Of course. 1) No USB charger. Even a small alarm clock with a USB slot would be helpful. Simple solution. 2) The ductless air conditioning could not cool the entire unit. We had to close the door to the bathroom. Small inconvenience.

The apt was in old town and close to everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. I requested another chair and it was provided. The room lacked enough drawers so lived out of the suitcases.

Very helpful lovely staff even carried our bag up the stairs , comfortable and super clean beautiful bathroom , loved the robe and slippers and toiletries !
