Divota Apartment Hotel

Both apartments were really well appointed with everything that we needed. They were very clean and in a great area for walking into the old town, all the sites, restaurants and seafront. The arrangement with the restaurant in the square was great and the staff there were really friendly.

Great and would stay again and next time longer than 3 days.

The hotels location was perfect for exploring Split without a car. The room we were assigned had several flights of stairs.My travel partner had some mobility issues so we requested to be moved. The staff were flexible and moved us on the second day to a room with only a few stairs.

Our stay at Apartment no 6 was wonderful, the apartment house was well located for access to Split centre in a matter of minutes, yet secluded enough to provide an oasis of calm away from the vibrant streets of the town centre. The room was large and well appointed with a good size fridge for mini bar that allowed plenty of room for other shop bought items. Wardrobe space was good with plenty of room for the contents of a mid size suitcase and two carry ons, with room to spare. There was a Nespresso machine and a variety of specialty teas and coffee capsules including decaf that were refreshed daily if used. Although there was a television in the room, we did not use it. The bed was large and comfortable, and with a dedicated air conditioning unit in the room and the peaceful location made for a great nights sleep. I am easily disturbed by noise at night and did not have to wear earplugs at all except for a night when there was a storm. The room was well insulated from other guests in the apartments in the house, with the only noise heard being the occasional comings and going’s down the stairwell. Bathroom was clean, with high quality fixtures and fittings. Water pressure was excellent as was temperature control of taps and shower/bath mixer. This room did have a small balcony, but there is no view as it looks onto the back of other buildings that had a rustic aesthetic. Breakfast was a short walk away at Bajamonti, and was a set menu, coffee, OJ, and two items.

Excellent hotel with great staff but no elevators An excellent property, 10 minutes walk to the old town with its cafes and beautiful seafront. The rooms were a good size and equipped with modern facilities. The only thing is that it had NO elevator and the reception is about 100 meters from the rooms. Guests with mobility issues need to be aware. The hotel staff were excellent with helping us with our luggage

Great place The hotel was very pretty and apartments were clean and gozy. U could change temperature, it had really all u need: laundry machine, fridge, hairdryer, bath, sofa... the staff was extremely nice also! :) the location was great. Near of stores and museums and stuff. For example GOT museum and chappel.
