The hotel is very good, and it is the highest rated hotel among the 9 cities I stayed in three European countries. The hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes' walk from the old town's Diocletian's Palace, which is very convenient. It is also convenient to eat nearby. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and the "hotel" that specializes in selling alcohol with the most complete range of alcohol I have seen so far. I bought my favorite German beer. The room facilities are complete, and it is the largest single room I have lived in so far, which is quite good. The breakfast is also very good. Fantastic staff - always a welcoming smile and SO helpful.
Had so many gluten free options for breakfast and great awareness of cross contamination.

Stayed 2 nights as part of a group tour. Had a top floor room which was spacious; twin beds, two chairs, a desk, mini bar/fridge and plenty of space to move around and to put our luggage. Big windows looking out towards the mountains let us keep a close eye on when the rain stopped! Bathroom had a bath with shower over, but bathtub was not full length and was very high to step into. Bit of a worry if we'd slip when getting out (and we're only in our 30s) so would question practicality for some guests. Others in our group had single rooms and were in the basement with limited light so seems can be quite variable experience. Hotel is not in Split tourist centre- it's around 15mins walk to the Diocletian palace or waterfront. Fairly straightforward navigation but do take a (free) map from reception. Breakfast was awkward. There weren't nearly enough tables or space for the number of rooms and not enough staff to clear tables quickly or replenish items as they ran out. Seemed popular with groups so if a whole group comes at same time there's no space for anyone else to sit. When all items were stocked there was enough choice of food to find something but quite limited for each option. Glad we did not stay longer as would have become very repetitive.

The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful upon check in. I wish we had gotten her name because she made our stay so nice from the moment we checked in!! The hotel is in a great location and very close to the old town with lots of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was also delicious with many options!

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht, da es ein Zwischenstopp war.
Parkplatz (€ 15,-) direkt vorm Hotel, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.
Nachmittags gab es sogar einen kleinen Snack (Kaffee und Muffins/Strudel).
Der Weg zum Hafen fußläufig etwa 10 min.
Kommen sicher wieder.
Übrigens: das Bett war super, ebenso der Polster (und da bin ich sehr wählerisch).

Hotel was perfect for short stays, Breakfast was ok; Not a huge selection, very very basic.
Staff were friendly and nice. 15 min walk to main square.
Well maintained hotel, Only downside was AC not working at all throughtout whole trip- Told the reception staff, couldn't really do much, they mentioned theyll get someone in the morning but we didnt really feel it working. 34/35° weather in August, had to deal with it by spending some time in the lobby or corridor as there AC was on full blast.
