Beautiful property located a short walk from the old town centre. Very clean and modern. Excellent customer service and an awesome breakfast

Huge Noisy building site directly opposite!
The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms and newly renovated and furnished beautifully. The hotel is in a great location.
However all of this is completely ruined by the enormous building site directly opposite the hotel. It made using the balcony impossible, and digging and drilling by numerous machines began at 6am daily.
The hotel made no apology, nor did they make any of us aware or the building work before booking. The hotel is one of the most expensive in the area, and it’s not justified when you take into account how noisy it is.

There is a huge construction site in front of the hotel. Very noisy even through closed windows. No air condition availale in rooms. The construction works start Mon-Fri at 7 a.m. (!) in the morning - so no holiday feeling is possible. The manager of the hotel dealt with this very unprofessionally and told us we had to deal with this . No excuse from her side, no amenities from the hotel to make the stay endurable. Quite expensive rates for the bad service. We cannot recommend the hotel.

Noisy construction site right in front of the hotel until 2026. You can hear the construction work even through the closed window. Air conditioning didn't work in May. Very hot and stuffy room. You can't open the window because of the noisy construction site. Management (Ana) handled these problems very unprofessionally. We cannot recommend this hotel.

A really great, new hotel!!!!! You can't ask for more than that; from the reception, to the hotel staff, to the staff in the restaurant... everyone is so friendly and tries very hard!!! We felt very comfortable. The location of the hotel is first class. Both the old town and the harbor are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is individual and more in line with a 5-star superior hotel! Please keep it up, dear Hotel Mirari!

One of the best newly opened hotels in Split! It's walking distance to the city centre and the palace. Rooms are spacious and very clean, pure luxury.. and the food is amazing, a nice twist on the classic Mediterranean cuisine. All compliments to the chef! Definitely will return!
