The equipment is old and broken, the service attitude is similar to that of the police law enforcement, the sanitary conditions are poor, the condoms used in the room, and the residual sheets and pillows are very sweaty. Smoke people to death.

Pire hôtel que j’ai connu de tous mes voyages ! ****** partout dans les parties communes, spa qui ne fonctionne pas, chaussures degueulasses partout devant le sauna (qui ne fonctionne pas comme le hammam et le jacuzzi) Insonorisation 0 Ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas et travaux dès 8h

Prix exorbitant, alors que le spa était dans un état lamentable et ne fonctionnait pas. Chaussures sales et cartons laissés à l’abandon… Prise à côté du lit arrachée du mur, travaux qui commencent à 8h au sein de l’hôtel, chambres mal isolées si votre voisin du dessus tire la chasse on entend tout.. Nous avons été faire la remarque à la réception. Le personnel était très chaleureux. Toutefois la note mise sur le site de réservation n’a pas plus à la manager.. cette dernière s’est permise de nous envoyer des messages désobligeants et menaçants par mail. Alors oui nous avons reçu un remboursement de 60€ sur 176€ (avec petit déjeuner copieux inclus). Mais cela n’exclut pas de donner un avis concret sur la prestation que nous avons eue. Si nous avions vu ce genre de commentaires nous n’aurions pas réservé la bas. D’autant plus que l’hôtel est situé à 10 minutes de split. Et qu’il y a très peu de choses aux alentours à moins d’être véhiculé.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with breakfast. The stay was great and the staff so helpful. Katarina went out of her way to help us with anything we wanted as well as helping us contacting our transfer transport when they didn’t arrive and wasn’t answering us.

The included breakfast was very limited. I’m not sure any of the amenities were actually available. The pool may have been closed. The property is also quite far from city centre.
