This flat is just amazing. Just in the middle of Split Old Town near everything you want to do. Super well maintained, well decorated and organised. Bed is comfortable, good shower and there’s a kitchen if you want to cook. Also good TV and air conditioning. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The only down side is the WiFi that didn’t work most of the time

An amazing apartment within the Palace walls. Very clean, huge and in a great location with free parking about a 10-minute walk from the apartment which is great considering how expensive Split is to park. There was a spar also within a 2 minute walk as well as loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Baldo and Nikolina were amazing hosts and answered our questions and concerns promptly and effectively. They were very attentive from enquiring about staying to the day we left. 100% would recommend to anyone who visits Split and would only stay here next time i return!

My husband Paul and I stayed here after reading all the great reviews on tripadviser. And it didnt disappoint Fabulous apartment within the palace walls. It’s basic and not fancy but has everything you need. Hard to find but with google maps it will get you there. Nice comfy bed, great aircon , nice view over the cat garden outside. Room was very clean and shower worked great. The location is fab , walking distance to everything. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Baldo the owner and his wife really made it perfect. We were collected from the airport at a very reasonable price. Baldo gave us lots of information on the route to the apartment. He is a fantastic, friendly host . His wife met us and brought us to the apartment. She was very friendly. They live next door so if you need anything at all they are there on hand , but they do not bother you at all. Baldo recommend lots of bars to my husband Paul, who wanted to see the Ireland match. Overall we had a fantastic stay. A big thanks to Baldo and his wife for making our stay so good. Would highly recommended this apartment when staying in split.

Wonderful stay in perfect location inside Diocletian’s palace. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Upon arriving, Baldo took the time to give us a rundown on all the best things to see in Split, as well as restaurant recommendations. The roomwas charming and the decor fit in well with the surrounding city of Split. Despite being in the center of the palace the room was quiet with a comfortable bed so that we were able to sleep soundly. Good sized room for Europe with kitchen, frig, and good AC. We were extremely happy with our five night stay!Baldo even drove us back to the airport for our return flight and the charge was very reasonable.

We spent a lovely week here in the Studio Apt. The apt was SPOTLESS, with very well working AC unit (perfect for the hot July afternoons) plus an outfitted kitchen plus a fridge/freezer. Additionally it had a TV, a very clean and made up Queen bed, table and 2 chairs. It was just the right size for my bf and I. Our hosts were wonderful, very accommodating and provided anything we needed (additional linens etc). We would recommend you ask for them to arrange airport transfer (for a fee). After a flight, getting to the Palace and navigating the area can be difficult, you’ll want a guide! The Palace is gorgeous and it feels very special to be staying in the heart of it. We found the apt to be very quiet at night, and very centrally located, we walked everywhere. There is also a wonderful coffee shop immediately downstairs, which makes getting an early morning coffee that much easier. We loved Baldo & Nikolena and found them to be kind and generous hosts.

Words cannot begin to describe the hosts utmost generosity and professionalism. We were welcomed with local produce such as kvasina and pork fat (must try!). The awe of the location and tidines of the apartment itself were overwhelming at times. This is, hands down, the only accomodadion you will ever need in Split. Mr. Djanovic, live long and prosper!
