Horrible experience. We arrived and told they told us they didn’t have our apartment and wanted to give us another one 23km away from the city center. The manager, Zdenko, was VERY rude. He started yelling at us and wanted to throw us out on the street with two little girls while we were trying to find a new hotel in Split during high season. This was the worst experience of my life. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’ve been reading other reviews and apparently this happens a lot, so what they do qualifies as a scam. They offer you something else, then when you arrive they say the apartment is not available and give you something very far away from the city center. They said the apartment was trashed and that is why they couldn’t give it to us, which I don’t believe was true. While we were trying to figure out what to do they were laughing at us and not being helpful.

Très cher, changement de logement à la dernière minute. Nous propose un logement ne correspondant pas du tout à l'annonce !!! A banir du site. Il est inadmissible de garder ce genre d'annonce sur tripadvisor et d'accepter des notes positives.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to booking!! This place is a sham!!! DO NOT USE!!! We booked via *********** which states the accommodation is right in the centre of the palace which is what we wanted. IT IS NOT. Their stated location is a tiny tour booking office. When we arrived we were told they had a problem with our rooms and tried to send us to a very cheap / basic apartment outside the city. I complained (given I had paid €700) and they found us somewhere better but it was still TINY - NOT in the palace and NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURES. This was supposed to be a luxury break for us but it was AWFUL.

As soon as we arrived at the supposed booking time, they made us wait two hours in the street after an alleged flood in three of the apartments. After another hour of waiting, they took us to an apartment in a van all cramped together away from the center where a local lady in a nightgown and underwear greeted us. In it we could see clear marks that there were people living, honestly a real shame. There was food in the fridge and freezer, the shower stained, cleaning products and used clothes everywhere. Supposedly it was a mistake by the previous tenants but they did the same to many groups. After all the complaints and protests that we made, the lady from the agency threatened to leave us on the street with no place to stay. Please don't even think of contacting this agency at all, it's a real scam.
