Can it be defined as a luxury hotel just by Lake Thun? Within 36 hours, Ctrip changed 5 customer service staff, and the communication was not smooth at all. The room was very comfortable, with free drinks, coffee and apples. The location is not very good, and it is not convenient to eat. The Thai food in the hotel is very sweet.

The overall environment is very beautiful, and the hotel will give you a bus card for surrounding areas. The sauna and massage pool are very comfortable. You must enjoy them when you stay. They can definitely eliminate the fatigue of the day. The breakfast area is beautiful! It's a pity that we were assigned to a hotel room upstairs in a nearby building. It was located in a very remote part of the hotel. There was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Not arranged on the main floor, the experience is a bit worse.
