I don't know if it was because of the high expectations from the Chinese media about Spitz that the actual impression was quite average, or maybe it was because the weather was bad for a few nights. The room was pretty good except that it was small. The view for breakfast was good, but it was a bit difficult to sit by the window if there were not four of us. The garden was great, and the various plants and fruits were very healing to see. I even picked up an apple that fell on the ground, and I still remember how sweet it tasted.

There is nothing to complain about the room, hygiene, breakfast, and view. Slippers are provided. There are facilities such as infinity pool, indoor heated pool, Roman bath, etc. The public garden and benches on the hillside are especially good.
Unfortunately, the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is basically a decoration. It must be booked in advance, which is not friendly to people traveling independently in Switzerland. Other hotels take the initiative to offer pick-up and drop-off.
I remember it was raining that day, and the front desk had no intention of sending the luggage when picking up the luggage. I asked if there was a drop-off service, and the cold reply was no. The town is basically all slopes, and the service is average.

Hygiene: Normal. European hotels generally do not meet hygiene standards.
Environment: Relying on Tuen Tu, the natural environment is pretty good. God has given us this.
Service: Too bad. Very unenthusiastic. Everyone is like they owe you money.
I will not go there, nor will I recommend anyone to go there. The price-performance ratio is too low!

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.

The hotel is located on the shore of the beautiful Lake Tus, and every shot is a beautiful view. The transportation is very convenient, and the train, bus, and ferry are all within walking distance. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy, the breakfast is very rich, and the front desk service is thoughtful and very enthusiastic. It changed my impression of other Swiss people. I hope that all Swiss people are like the front desk staff. It is worth recommending.

The lake view is beautiful, so it is a hotel that I happened to stay again.
Still the staff were friendly and slept well.
Parking facilities are convenient.
Cars.
It's not easy to access without it.

The location of the hotel is great. There is a resting space by the lake where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Food quality is good and prices are reasonable

The scenery outside the window is excellent! Very beautiful environment, very comfortable and refreshing. There are free parking spaces and it is easy to find. Although it is a bit into the mountains, the scenery along the drive is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that it is really not clean, very old, and the bed is sunken, the pillows are also flat, not sleeping well... but it is worth it with this beautiful view.

入住全程是自助的，要在郵件裏自己check in然後在走廊裏激活房卡，期間不會遇到任何服務人員，有問題可以打電話，很適合i人
