Because the hotel is remote and there is no place to eat around, we booked Thai food for the next night with the front desk. When booking, the Ctrip page showed 5 diamonds, which was defined as a luxury hotel. When I actually checked in, I found that the hotel was a four-star hotel. From facilities to services, it is N levels away from the 5-diamond luxury hotel defined by Ctrip's rating. Even a four-star hotel does not meet the requirements. Can it be defined as a luxury hotel just by Lake Thun? Within 36 hours, Ctrip changed 5 customer service staff, and the communication was not smooth at all. As an old customer of Ctrip for nearly 20 years, I was very disappointed. This time, the business class round-trip air tickets, the five-star hotels throughout the journey, and the chartered cars throughout the journey were all booked on Ctrip for this trip to Switzerland.
