Large rooms. Easy front desk check in. They couldn't accommodate my request to switch from 2 queens to a king. Which was a bit disappointing since I'm a big man. But the staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet! I was able to utilize my fire stick on the TV. As the access was adequate. The breakfast was really good. The Omelette was done perfectly. Though you do have to ask the staff for an omelette. I've stayed here several times. Also their sister hotel The Cupertino Hotel many many times. I almost always enjoy my stay!

KKahlencStayed for 5 nights, cleaned very neatly every day, you can see a friendly and beautiful smile, there are not many types of breakfast, simple and delicious, self-service, take meals, clean up, 24-hour coffee hot tea supply, unlimited ice cubes supply, very convenient.
The parking lot does not need to be paid extra, the parking space is usually enough, the hotel is conveniently located, not far from the highway, and it is convenient to go anywhere. There are restaurants and shopping centers within a few minutes walk near the hotel, which meets the needs in all aspects.

MMight a mouseI recently had the pleasure of staying at AC Hotel, Marriot, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly check-in staff who made the process smooth and effortless. Throughout our stay, both the check-in staff and the bar staff were consistently attentive, always ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their warm demeanor truly enhanced our stay.
While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which is always a top priority for me.The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated next to a fantastic Korean BBQ restaurant and TP TEA, one of the best milk tea spots in NorCal. The proximity to such great dining options added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
Overall, I would without a doubt return to AC Hotel by Marriot in the future. The outstanding service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location make it a top choice for accommodation in the area. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary parking for guests. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience pales in comparison to the overall excellence of our stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserMy experience was not the best due to the people next door talking loudly through the connecting rooms throughout 12am-1am and we could not sleep, plus a dog was barking throughout the night.
Also, vending machines like a snack machine/ soda machine should be available in the hall so that it can be easily accessible to those who
are thirsty/hungry late at night.
Key room/door should be easier to open, it took many swipes just to open it.

MMeimei1106The room is large, with a small kitchen, and the surrounding is very quiet. We checked in around 10:00 pm and there was a front desk staff, very friendly. Parking seems to be free, which is very good👍 It's only half an hour away from Gligory outlet, shopping is also convenient, breakfast is simple, but it can meet the needs

GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel three times, and overall it's very comfortable.
1. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of knives, utensils, tableware, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher
3. Parking is in the basement and is very safe with an access fence.
4. The waiters are very friendly
5. Housekeeping is done once every two days
6. Breakfast is ordinary, usually scrambled eggs, meat *****s, bread, and fruit.
7. There is a Korean supermarket next door to the hotel and a Safeway supermarket diagonally opposite. It is within a five-minute walk and is very convenient.
8. There is a donut shop and a Chinese restaurant next door

GGuest UserVery bright hotel. More than satisfied with the stay at this hotel/motel. Some area were under construction, but it didn’t hinder our stay at all. Walking distance to restaurants, plenty of parking, and spacious clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. Only drawback was lack of an airport shuttle, but many hotels in this area don’t have any either. Thank you!!

GGuest UserVery clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free.
The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied.
The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Some passengers were talking loudly at the front desk in the middle of the night, which was quite noisy.
