Clean and easy access, plenty of good parking. the only thing I would recommend is to have paper plates so we can take a muffin to the room and better creamer in rooms since we were staying in outer building. Beds were very comfy. Good breakfast options! Seemed to be safe area as well with many amenities accessible.

Outstanding
GGuest UserI stayed at this location for a week for business. It was always quiet and the staff always greeted you as you left and entered the building. The house keeping service is also top-notch. This property is more suited for a business trip since it is no frills if you bring a family. I saw other reviews of people complaining about noise of the refrigerator or air conditioner. You can turn them off. For you what pay per night, this hotel is worth it.
GGuest UserI have stayed one night twice in this location. First stay, the FOH was getting trained, focus was on checking me in the computer. Second visit, quick check in process, friendly staff, forgot to write my room number nor mention it to me, good thing I saw in app after parking. $18 on site parking either open next to hotel entrance, or in a gated covered lot. The room has a modern look with the vanity separating the bedroom and bathroom. The 1 king bed room has frosted walls/doors with no locks for the shower and toilet, not a fan of the frosted look because it does not look clean for me. The vanity had motion sensor lights on the bottom. The shower has both a shower head and has a rainfall shower system - pressure was both appropriate, strong for the shower head, moderate for the rainfall. Behind the vanity, facing the bed was a floor to almost the ceiling mirror - still don’t know how I feel about this haha. I do like the modern feel. The bed felt comfy. The room could be cleaner. There were some hair strands next to toilet and there were a couple under the duvet. There was a green stain on the water flush and a dried visible stain on the counter by the sink - we typically bring cleansing wipes to clean our room regardless but cleanliness definitely could be better. Great sized tv and desk available as a working space. Side note: it’s right next to 10 Butcher’s which is an upscale kbbq place pricey but yummy!👍
MMeimei1106The room is large, with a small kitchen, and the surrounding is very quiet. We checked in around 10:00 pm and there was a front desk staff, very friendly. Parking seems to be free, which is very good👍 It's only half an hour away from Gligory outlet, shopping is also convenient, breakfast is simple, but it can meet the needs
GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel three times, and overall it's very comfortable.
1. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of knives, utensils, tableware, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher
3. Parking is in the basement and is very safe with an access fence.
4. The waiters are very friendly
5. Housekeeping is done once every two days
6. Breakfast is ordinary, usually scrambled eggs, meat *****s, bread, and fruit.
7. There is a Korean supermarket next door to the hotel and a Safeway supermarket diagonally opposite. It is within a five-minute walk and is very convenient.
8. There is a donut shop and a Chinese restaurant next door
GGuest UserWe went to see the 49 ers preseason game and my husband booked this room. Although we checked in pretty late and when we got to our room there were two ants in the bathroom by the shower tub, I told my husband and he said babe let’s go get something to eat so we left and went to get pizza and wings, when we got back we were eating and went took a shower fell asleep. My husband woke up at 6 am a turn the light on and wakes me up to tell me that the table is covered in ants and our food and clothes omg I was so pist off and called down to the front desk the lady said her manager was not there and to call back Monday. My husband was taking a shower and I told hi. He went down stairs to the front desk and told the lady about our room being infested with ants , she basically told him manger was not there so he got pist and told the lady look your telling me i have to wait in the room that’s infested with ants until 12 noon I don’t think so, she gave him a different room and said we’ll you’ll have to talk to the manager on Monday he said she was rude . We were able to get a different room and went to eat breakfast which was excellent and after that we went swimming in the pool it was very nice .overall, the hotels is a very nice quiet place we will definitely stay there again , but we will talk to the manager about our situation
GGetaway10239505481Checked in about 13.30 the young guy at the front desk said our room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm, we was cool with that. About half an hour later he said our rooms was ready. Got our keys went to the room which was right round the back the room was dark dinghy and smelly. Went bk to the front desk and said we was not happy with our room, we would like to change to a room at the front and not the back he said ok but we would have to wait, we was cool with that. Got our second room which was still dark dinghy and smelly and round the back. Went bk to the front desk I said to I noticed WHITE PEOPLE checking in after us getting rooms at the front. Finally got our 3 room which was not much better the dirt on the coat rack was disgusting the TV remote was full of dirt. Hotel like theses should be closed down. DO NOT STAY HERE
GGuest UserThis is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!
Aloft Sunnyvale on its own is good enough value for money spent. However, what truly stood out was the customer ser ice of its front desk. Shoutout to Michelle for helping me out a ton when I was trying to extend my stay. No excuses were made and she found a way to get it done even under difficult circumstances. Roy was also great with the room upgrade when he saw that I had brought a friend and might have needed a bigger bed. 10/10 Customer Service!
Ssavor007The sanitary conditions are good, and the Korean supermarket is relatively large. The room type is also good. Disadvantages, it is seriously not soundproof, I can hear the sound of snoring next door, in addition, I will ask you to collect money after breakfast is almost finished, and consumption must be paid. In addition, Korean supermarkets are really big, but they are not used to eating
